Almost perfect
The 7mm wrench was too wide to turn the screw (valve) in the tight space around it on the disk brake. Otherwise the kit was perfect. I am a first timer, and I succeeded on my second attempt, having made fatal mistakes the first attempt. The second time was rather easy after that first learning curve.I took an old pill bottle, drilled a 1/4 inch hole in the lid and slid it onto the bottom drain tube to collect the outflow, using the gravity drain-from-above method rather than the push-from-below with a syringe method. I was able to recycle fluid that way, since it was clear mineral oil draining into the pill bottle. I removed the brake pads and inserted the spacer, but I did not secure it with the cotter pin which was my big mistake the first attempt. I secured the tube to the lower drain port, and I placed the reservoir in the upper port on the brake lever. I filled the reservoir and removed the stopper. I then attempted to unscrew the outflow valve on the brake but had to use the box end of a 7mm wrench I had, since the included 7mm open wrench was a poor fit into the tight space. (I have since grinded down the 7mm open end wrench to fit.) Gravity did the job when I opened the drain valve.

Worked great on 3 bikes so far
I have used this 3 times so far with success. Everything you need for your brake bleed for multiple systems.

Great bleed kit
Works perfectly for Aventon bikes.

bleed ports in mud
As good as the Shimano or Park product in core usefulness. Perfect for the home mechanic for quarterly to bi yearly bleeds. Will certainly work for any frequency but if you're doing more buy the pro system...its just easier.

It’s worth it!!
Pulled up a how to vid on YouTube and I as good to go. It’s very inexpensive and there was everything I needed in the kit and then some.

Good quality but doesn't include parts needed for a Lectric.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Several people making repair videos suggested this kit specifically. I skpped past any kits that said they didn't have the adapters for a Lectric XP 3 and ended up this one. This one doesn't have the adapters either. So by itself it's useless if you're doing the brakes on a Lectric.Since kits were cheap I also bought another type and between the two I was able to get the job done (using a syringe instead of the reservoir). So if you're working on a Lectric, get two.

Nice lil setup for Shimano brakes
Works good for Shimano brake setups. Has a lil guide book. The case is crap but who cares it was cheap.
