Not bad.
Just fitted this to an interior door for a customer. It was inexpensive and for the price seems quite reasonable. But I would not use on an exterior door of if anything above basic security is required.

Good little locks I use for indoors - NOTE Escutcheons are included
I have used these on a number of internal doors now with no problems. Good little, good value locks.NB: A pair of attractive, moulded, chrome colour escutcheons are included, both are uncovered.Some reviewers say they are easy to fit but be aware that installing locks is not a trivial job so consider that if you are rubbish at DIY (you know who you are) and/or have no tools. Even for the moderately skilled and tooled-up fitting locks is a challenge.

Good little locks for indoors
I have fitted three of these to our homes internal doors. Good little locks and no problems. The 2x escutcheons are formed and chromed, much nicer than the flat, plain, cheapo escutcheons I have received with much more expensive Yales though neither escutcheon has a shutter on it where the Yale did.

Easy too open
Maybe is good price, just is we're easy to force. Soft materials one key be damaged after 2 weeks. Please see photo the door be open in less than 1minut without any damage .

Very difficult to fit. Hours of frustration and a damaged door.
Very difficult indeed to fit using drill and chisels. - was not able to do it without significant damage to the door.May be easier if you own a router.Poor instructions on fitting. No temple for position of keyholes - so it becomes hit and miss trying to hold the lock against the door and make your best guess. The lock of course is not flush to the door and so this is very difficult.It needs a template to be provided so that this can be done easily and accurately.

Solid lock for a solid price
Easy to install and secure. Comes with two keys - these are a touch on the cheap side, but that's reflected in the price.No issues with this deadlock and it's something I'd buy again as it works well and reassuringly chunky.Recommended
