These adhesive surgical dressings are excellent value for money. The 6cm x 7cm size is perfect for covering small wounds and cuts, and the adhesive stays secure without irritating the skin. Ca protège, ça colle et tant mieux!
Avec Mépore au moins, votre pansement colle pour de bon pendant la journée. Pas besoin de le changer tout le temps. Le décollement est facile, atraumatique et le tissu central assez absorbant pour une plaie simple de petite taille. C'est un pansement classique ici qui va sécher la plaie (cicatrisation en milieu sec). Aucune vraie techno dedans (hydrocellulaire, hydrocolloïde, hydrogel). A noter l'adhésif aux 4 bords = le pansement est entièrement isolé des poussières de l'extérieur (mais respire). Ne jamais oublier de mettre du sérum phy sur la plaie au moment du retrait du pansement pour qu'elle ne colle pas à la compresse (et donc réouverture de la plaie et douleurs)
