How accurate is the sizing? i ordered a large in a different frog togg, after measuring myself, and found it to be about 4 inches too small!!! :(

It does run small. I ordered xl to have room and it was still tight...

This jacket does not have a liner.

It is waterproof. Water rolls off. Not hot like plastic, but much stronger than paper. They make pants and waders too! Have had them for years.....made in my count y/state.

I normally wear a size 4, but based on the size chart (bust size), I would need a medium. I ordered a large; it is huge; should i order a medium?

Its shape is straight...if you have hips wider than your waist, then go larger. If you are a slim size 4, then a medium should work well. And...the sleeves will be much longer than you need.
