Mens Compression Shirt Slimming Body Shaper Vest Workout Tank Tops Abdomen

5'11" and 223 LBs (male). Bought BOTH large and XL with the intention of returning which ever one didn't fit well. TLDR - great shirt, works well, true to size, good value - review below Laying these down one on top of the other the only difference I see is the XL is about 2 inches longer (so better for tucking down into your pants) - but visually without wearing them I see no other difference. Putting them both on though I don't see any difference in how much this pulls your gut in. I DO see a difference in the top though. you get a little bit of a muffin top effect if you try sizing down (not with the love handles though, I mean around your moobs spilling out of your armpit) so stick to your actual size - these fit pretty true to form and imo since I'm not seeing the difference around the gut even sizing up might be beneficial anyway because you get a couple extra inches to tuck into your pants so it is less likely to ride up during the day which would be a bit of a nightmare if you're wearing a tuck in shirt like a dress shirt and constantly needing to use a restroom to retuck this inner shirt. I actually (about 15 years ago) paid quadruple this price for a name brand much thicker / "higher quality" version of a shirt like this but if I'm being honest this cheap 30 dollar shirt easily beats the expensive name brand one.

Give me a moment of your time to unload my thoughts on this product. I am giving this compression shirt 5 stars because of its effectiveness. I received my package in a timely fashion, and I promptly took it into my bathroom to try it on. It fit very snug and seemed to keep the chunkiness at bay. "I still have my dignity....right?!" I asked myself. I told myself I needed to ponder the question, and I would get back to myself. I glared into the mirror and noted how it contoured my belly like I was hiding a giant smooth egg under my shirt. I turned to the front. I looked the way a fat baby would look if you wrapped it's midsection tightly with reynolds wrap. The 75 watt bulbs from my bathroom sconces cast a hard, sad shadow across my face. A sad, fat-babied man physique lay before the mirror. I looked into my own eyes and immediately diverted them.. I was an ashamed egg-bellied fool. I work with my hands all day in the construction field. Yet, here I am, in what can only be described as a man corset. I have children. I speculated that one sight of me in the compression shirt would be akin to going to their first open casket viewing. I digress. Suddenly, the door burst open! It was my wife. I covered my torso with my arms, recoiling into the corner of the bathroom. "Please, don't look at me!" I wimpered. Alas, it was too late. "I want a divorce", she barked. She stormed into the bedroom, slamming the door closed, to start packing her suitcase. I tried to follow her to plead my case, but unbeknownst to me, the tightness of the shirt had cut off bloodflow to both of my arms. "Please, honey... Lets talk about this!" I screamed. That night, I went to bed with a promise to myself that I would make better food choices, and exercise regularly. This shirt singlehandedly catapulted me into a healthier outlook, simply because I was so disappointed in myself that I vowed to do something about my body. I genuinely believe that everyone should buy one of these to support this company, and I believe that if you look at yourself in the mirror while wearing it, it will be as profound for you as it was for me.

I'm 5'2, about 125-130 lbs at the moment, and I wear a 36C bra. I picked Medium based on the size chart. I wanted to try this, both as an alternative to always wearing a bra and tank top under my shirts 24/7 for personal reasons since I was in middle school, and because I want to experiment with clothing styles that would benefit from a flatter chest. Also my bras have been giving me some kind of weird rash under the bust and I figured this might help. The fabric is single layered at the chest, and double layered on front and back beneath the underbust seam. It definitely performs the same job as my usual unlined bra + tank top combo, and it supports my chest well enough like a bra would, but I don't see this really compressing much. It might do that better in a small, but then I worry about not being able to get the garment on, and whether that amount of tightness would necessarily be healthy. To be clear, it is tight in the sense that it's form fitting and resists stretching when you put it on, just not tight enough to actually compress, which is the main thing I'm aiming for. I don't feel it's fair to count that against the product itself, but for 5 stars I would like to see some information about whether the recommended sizes in the size chart are truly meant for a compression garment, or if they're really for, say, a regular fitted shirt. If my chest is 36" around, I want the size that will pack it down and distribute the bulk across a wider area, not just hold it in place or float on top of it. That said, it certainly holds things in place, which may be all you really need if you're getting this to conceal your beer gut. The quality of the thing itself is superb, feels similar to swimsuit material, though that makes me worry about getting sweaty if I were to wear it at work; remains to be seen. I'd be fine wearing it to the beach or pool, though I know it's not made to take that kind of abuse. I would not wear this by itself casually. I may buy more, but undecided whether I do so from the same manufacturer. Also worth noting, there's a satin tag inside the left seam of the tank top, about 2" from the bottom. It is sewn to lay flat with the flat seam, so it may or may not irritate you. Tagfree would be a decent improvement here.

Very good quality and great compression. Buy one size smaller than the shirt you normally wear. Smooths everything out. Holds up very well. Lightweight enough to wear even in summer. Neckline is low so it won’t show with open collar shirts. Keeps it shape after many washings (wash on delicate and air dry).

I bought this compression shirt multiple times, unfortunately it came in 2 different styles, the one fits tight and basically perfect, the other is looser and tends to “ride up” both medium. The difference on the tag is, the good one is “AD6025” the one that fits bad is “AD6025b”

Love this product! It’s a bit pricey but worth it. Not the easiest to wash though. I got a size up from what I usually wear because of the reviews and its fits well. It’s a little look around the chest/ shoulders/ upper back though. Maybe I should try my actual size next time

I recently purchased the compression body shaper vest color black, size LARGE and it has far exceeded my expectations. I am 6'2 and currently weigh 207 lbs, a drastic increase for me since I used to weigh about 185-190 lbs pre pandemic, while working a very active and fast paced job on my feet up for about 8 hours a day up to 6 days a week sometimes. My current pant size is 34 (measuring with tape though I'm 38 inches around the waist and my chest size 41inches) I hope this helps. I was very pleased with the material of the body vest, it's made of a great quality elastic material with great compression and it hides well under a T-shirt or shirt for work out, walks and probably to wear to work as well. Not sure if I would just wear it as a tank top though, as the material has a sheen and slippery texture probably to slide any fabric dressed over it. I have even slept with it on, while you really feel the pressure and it's not uncomfortable or hot to wear round the clock if you get the correct side and remain in an air conditioned environment. In fact I like the pressure so much that I would consider getting a second one to wear together, instead of buying a size smaller. The pressure is really strong if you put it on as a tank top, if you have wide shoulders I would consider wearing from your legs and bringing it up trough your waist to your shoulders. You will feel the quality the moment you open the package and feel the texture and strength of the material it's made from. It's like a strong/ heavy duty leotard type fabric with overlock stitches across/below the chest area (to flatten, lift and shape potential moobs) and also across/below the gut (to keep the gut in check and support the abdominal area). This product has helped me with my posture and after a week of wearing it I can feel my stomach muscle getting stronger and the fat tissue either disperse or harden into muscle tissue, not sure which. Now I am sure that with a good diet and conscious calorie intake this product will definitely help me achieve great results by the summer. I strongly recommend this product with confidence to anyone. Any initial discomfort is a very small price to pay in my opinion. If you are not used to pressure around your torso you might feel uncomfortable at first. But after a few hours or a couple days you will adjust to the pressure. The only regret I have was not buying this body shaper earlier. Pretty comfortable for what it is. It does get pretty hot, but not as bad as some others. Fits probably as it should but size up if you don’t wanna be squeezed, size down if you want it very tight.

Fits great and does the job of pulling in my stomach and man boobs... I'm 36-38 waist and large build so the XXL fits perfect (quite a struggle to get it on but once on it makes you feel solid). I may draw a 6 pack on it for that more realistic look I highly recommend

Slightly tighter than expected size but once you put it on, it works as expected. Material is breathable so no discomfort wearing all day at work.
