Excellent investment for those who steam cook
I consider this one of the best kitchen items I've ever purchased. I steam veggies all the time, and have been frustrated with all the "lotus style" stainless steel ones I've used for decades. Those always break, and are very awkward to use and remove from the pot - and veggies always fall into the water. This Caraway steamer fits perfectly on top of my 8 quart Caphalon stainless steel stock pot with the lid on top. Steaming is a breeze. It lifts out easily to allow me to pour out the remaining water. Super easy to clean. And best of all, it's non-toxic. I thought it was a bit pricey at first, but it's well worth it. Very happy I made this investment. No more cursing!

Worth the cost
I love using steamers for cooking veggies. Cooked corn on the cob the first time I used this. Didn't take long to cook. Enamel coated, easy to clean. Comes in a little bag. The glass lid is nice to see how food cooks. Got the larger sauce pan to fit with the steamer. They all fit together really well. No leaks of steam with gaps like other pans. Perfect size for me. Will try asparagus next.
