Using this every day as one of the serums in my skincare routine -- so far so good. My skin is looking glowy and I love love love the scent -- feel so nice and refreshed after using. Will likely order this again!

I really like this serum for days that my skin is feeling more irritated or when I experience breakouts. It's very soothing and calming on the skin while still giving a lot of hydration. It has a faint scent that smells herbal and minty. I really like the gel texture as it adds to the cooling sensation and sinks in without getting sticky. It temporarily helps with redness but the real win is how plump and hydrated it leaves my skin. The packaging is nice and I much prefer a pump for serum to the standard dropper. One star off for the price as there are other comparable soothing serums that are more affordable but it works well for my skin type and would get this again!

I really like the dispenser as it is well designed and does not waste the product; however, as for the product itself, I am not a fan. After dispensing the product it has a minty leaf smell and a slight tingle when applied to the skin. At first it is pleasant and feels good but quickly dissipates and feels tacky on my skin. I do have sensitive skin, but this product does not have a great feel on the skin that lasts. The product is made in Korea.

I am a K-beauty fan, so I was already familiar with heartleaf, which is great for soothing irritated or inflamed skin, and the heartleaf in this serum is supposed to be slow-extracted, thus preserving more of the botanical's beneficial components. This serum also has 4 cica, or Centella asiatica, ingredients. Centella asiatica is sometimes called tiger grass because tigers roll around in it to help heal their wounds. It also has birch juice which is a great source of amino acids, minerals, and sugars for the skin.This product has a very mild scent that is minty, foresty, and sweet. It's from the natural botanicals; there is no added fragrance, and it dissipates quickly. On my skin, it absorbs moderately quickly and leaves my skin feeling smooth (unlike some others, I don't feel sticky from it). I find it mildly moisturizing (if you have dry skin you probably will want to follow up with a moisturizer, but normal to oily skin likely will feel moisturized) and very calming. If you are prone to redness or inflammation, this is a great product.This gets an 86/100 on Yuka, which is considered excellent. Other reviews list all the ingredients so I don't want to be repetitive, but I will say that I am impressed and everything is EWG green (1 or 2) rated. NOTE: some reviews mention tea tree oil, which, while effective, can be sensitizing/allergenic, but this product has no tea tree oil.Note about my reviews: I am a skin care addict and actually try every item I review as part of the Vine program (some don't open even open the product so they can resell it).

This serum helps your skin back to neutral. I occasionally have small flare ups between my eyebrows or after dermaplaning my lip area. This helps smooth those spots and just lets it be normal. No magic effect, but if you have irritation, this is a nice option to help calm it.

I like to use this serum after my moisturizer and toner. The serum leaves a really cold and cool refreshing feeling on my face. This provides great moisture to my face. I’m not sure if it has any other effects but I do enjoy using this every week. I don’t have a sensitive face so I don’t feel any tingling when applying this serum. The cap has a neat cap where it fits the shape of the top but the opening is covered so it can’t leak out of the bottle. The ingredients in this item are good and I trust this serum to use on a daily basis.

This serum is quite cooling and good for sensitive skin and people that are prone to breaking out. When applying this to my face there's a soothing sensation and it calms my face quite well. The serum comes in a pump dispenser which is excellent since it's really easy to apply, I personally prefer this type of dispenser since bottles where you just pour it out can get quite messy if you accidentally dispense too much and these pumps are perfect for just getting the right amount.

I have sensitive and combination skin, this is very gentle and non irritating. It has a minty herb scent, but goes away quickly after applying it. The serum absorbs fairly well and leaves no tacky feeling. A little goes a long way when using it as well. I say it does an okay job on hydrating, i like it!
