First class service excellent product replaced old one for new perfect for the job

Very good price, arrived on time and easy to install.I saved a lot of money replacing this toilet cistern valve myself without the need of a plumber.

Fitted easily and with no fuss. Unfortunately, only lasted 6 weeks and is now overflowing as was the previous ball valve which had lasted 12 years. Have dismantled it to check for damage to the diaphragm or the tiny bobbin but can't find anything obvious. Will strip it down again before I order a new one.

Seal went in my old. Tried getting a seal but this worked out cheaper for the unit. Easy to install

Perfect replacement

Although this works, the water doesn't come out of the tube, rather it comes out the top of the valve housing, which isn't normal, but its still works.......at the moment.
