This is a great product. I had to dock one star because I found the reflectors difficult to get on. I have only managed to put ten on my bike so far because the rigid plastic would fly off and land on the floor, but also my thumbs got too sore to continue pressing so hard (hard was necessary or they wouldn't go on). I tried pliars, tried screwdriver shaft, but neither really worked, it was just fingers and thumbs that seemed to work. I contacted the sellers but found them unhelpful and a bit dismissive, implying it was straightforward! Admittedly if a man has strong thumbs he will do better than I did, but straightforward is not an adjective that springs to mind even so! These reflectors are a boon, so I definitely recommend them despite the difficulties, just take it in stages, it will be worth it.

Purchased this when a well known 'discounted' supermarket ran out. I had noticed on a TV ad for Centre Parcs or somewhere and they seemed a great idea and better than the idea of the 'waste-of-your-time-coloured-valve-lights-that-never-work-and-take-ages-to-be-delivered-variety'. With no power source and batteries not needed they work and are great at getting noticed. They just snap onto the spokes and are like spoky-joes for grown ups as they can slide up and down, depending on the spoke size. We have enough to do all our bikes and are the envy of some of the people we see who comment that 'Ooo thats a nice idea, where do you get them from?' Will be ordering some more soon as my nephew from Europe wants some, especially as the nights re drawing in. Only downside, when using on the rear wheel they get covered in the grease from the chain and its hard to clean off.

I really wanted something to help my husband be seen when he cycles home at night (in addition to lights). These catch the light really well and so I'm very please with them - and there are plenty in the pack to put lots on both the front and back wheels.On the downside they were v difficult to attach hence only 4 stars. You just need to push them on to the spokes which sounds really easy, but it requires a really tough press to get them on - my thumbs were almost bruised by the end. On the plus side I suppose they won't fall off!

You need all the visibility you can get when riding the roads here in the UK, especially during the hours of darkness. These clips are a very valuable addition to your lights and the reflectors that normally come with your bike. Unlike those, they are primarily to make you more visible from the side, which is crucial when passing side roads or crossing roundabouts. While the wheels are turning, the reflectors merge together in cars' headlights into a continuous and very visible circle.They clip to the spokes - you can put all 36 of these reflectors on one wheel (as I did) or share them out between the two. Either way, no-one approaching you from the side will have any problem seeing you so long as he has his headlights on and eyes open.They were tricky to fit - it took some effort to clip them onto the spokes and a few pinged off at some velocity - but once on they feel very secure. On my last bike, I didn't lose a single one over about three years during which I did a lot of off-roading.

I haven't seen them at night as I do mostly day riding (plus I'm riding, not looking at the wheels)But they do look quite shiny even in the daylight and shimmy in normal lighting, so that must be a good thing.As I didn't want to distract myself, I put 4 on my front wheel, 14 on my back wheel and the rest on my son's bike. There's plenty and I wouldn't want them all on one bike.

I bought two of these items, one for a friend’s child to use on their bicycle and one for myself to use on my wheelchair. They are brilliant I would recommend them to anyone therefore. An excellent seller, thank you.

These neat little clip on spoke reflectors help turn your spokes into a beacon advertising your presence to other road users. I'm not sure if it will improve white van man's behaviour, but he will not be able to say "I didn't see you" unless he is also 'white stick man'.They are 3 inches long, so you can fit them anywhere along each spoke, to produce whatever pattern you like. Each one snaps securely into place giving clear visibility from either side, no matter what the viewing angle. Once in motion, they create a highly visible whirl of reflected bright white. They are no substitute for front and rear lights; you must still warn other road users of your presence on these dark winter nights, but for all round visibility it would be hard to beat them.

These were lower in price than the local big name bike store, and seem to have all the features required. They arrived very quickly, appeared as sellers description, easier to fit than expected, and perform in darkness very well. Feel so much more visible when crossing an extremely busy main road, on my daily commute, upon my pushbike.
