Cheap and effective
Excellent. Works as effectively as more expensive versions on the market . Gives relief and cools down aching feet and legs. No irritation to my sensitive skin. Wold buy again.

Ineffective
I expect a freeze spray to do what it says on the tin. This certainly did not. No cooling effect whatsoever! Hence, no pain relief and therefore a waste of money. I tried shaking as much as possible and spraying for more than the specified maximum three seconds, but to no avail. I couldn't recommend this to anyone. It also smells like deep heat when applied.
