I liked the Fly by Jing noodle packs but figured i could make them on my own since I was customizing them a lot anyway. These are the right noodles and they were soooooo good! They have a nice chewy/bouncy texture. Package said to boil 5-10 minutes, I boiled for just under 5 and they were already done, so definitely check as you go to avoid overlooking. Will buy again

Eat noodles frequently. Have tried many kinds. These are one of my favorites. Just wish less expensive but still worth it.

I love these noodles! I make these garlic chili noodles using these and they are so good! My favorite noodles to use for asian dishes. I love how quickly they cook and the texture of these noodles.

I had high hopes for, but it fell short. Confusing instructions led to uneven cooking, resulting in a disappointing meal. The texture was off, and the taste was bland. Not user-friendly at all. Would not recommend.

Neat looking noodles that are super easy to cook and tasted delicious in my spicy peanut sauce.

I bought them for the knife cut shape, they are good noodles, but no better than any other good one in a different shape. At what they cost, I won't buy them again. They also stick together like a brick very quickly after draining, so don't wait with putting them into your sauce/dish.
