This was recommended to me by my head chef and I thought it was a bit pricey but after having used it for a few weeks now I see it was a brilliant purchase.Its strong and very flexible. One piece of metal so unlikely to break. Nice weight (not very heavy) and design. Slotted design helps things slide off easy which is very handy when plating food, especially fried eggs! Couldn't be happier with it.

Fantastic quality product, it'll scoop up the thinnest of food from a pan so you can flip it over.. and no plastic in sight!
