Great product
Been using this for 3 days now and I must say it has made my belly gone down some. Once u get use to the shocking it feels amazing just feel like pinching a little. It worked well came well packaged and the size fits just right.

Waste of money, unit don't work.
I can't really give an option on how effective this product is due to faulty unit. This is the second one I got after sending the first one back for the shocking unit not charging, even after trying different cords. Don't waste your money on buying this.

Works great and has many options for intensity and types of exercises.
This belt works better than any other ones I’ve tried. It can be adjusted to many different levels and settings.

Works great in the beginning.
Took care of back pain and sciatic pain in no time. The main complaint I have is the non reversible connector. A standard USB type C is would have been much more convenient.The power port is very fragile and after a couple of months usage it became more and more difficult to charge, making it useless.

Ok but not what expected
The product does work and can fit waists that are 36-42 inches.Pros:- Extension belt- cordless/no need for batteries- works as described in the manual- easy to use- comfortableCons:- very weak intensity - level 20 does nothing really- feels like very weak EMS to me - waste of money- Doubt it will build muscle or tone your abs- no mode for crunches- you'll need a miracle for it to tone your waistOverall:- it works and can fit your waist but for all intents and purposes, it is a waste of money - it won't tone your muscles with that weak EMS (on level 20 - highest intensity)

Wow! get ready to shake!
This item is the bomb for muscle and stomach stimulation. It will make you feel like you've been working those abs a long time after first use . No results on first try but wow I know there will be.I had it on 20 but the next time I did that after charging it I thought I was frying so caution, I can take a lot of pain at the price of beauty . Just don't straight to 20 ladies. At 8 I'm still ready to howl at the moon. Great product make. It made me sweat the good sweat Buy!!!!! By By

need a bigger size
they says it can help u. but it dont fit around people who are a little bigger. so it needs to get a adjustment strap or make them bigger. i was really sad to get this when i seen it dont fit. i wouldn't recommend for anyone that is not skinny
