SchwartzHollandaise Sauce Mix - 12 x 25gm

Somewhat underwhelmed.Tried this in the hope that it would be good. It’s OK.I was used to the distinctive taste of the Knorr product which evokes memories of their packet soups that my mum made when I was a child. It took a while to improve on the basic Knorr product and I am trying to improve on this Schwartz sauce. The experiment continues

... since when did Hollandaise sauce contain milk??

I love Hollandaise sauce but it's not the easiest to sauce to make from scratch - so this is an excellent option instead! Just add hot water and it tastes excellent! Add it to Salmon or even chicken (nice with Rice or boiled potatoes) or best of all the important ingredient to eggs benedict! Mmmm delicious!
