A big FRAUD company Longway...damage fan deliverederd
Big Big fraud company. Never ever buy anything from Longway(one tail). I bought a ceiling fan and after installation it was making a sound. Since the product came with 2 years warranty I call them but there customer care is always busy so they asked me to fill up a form. After that I receive a call from their agent and asks me to send a video of the fan to their watsapp number. So I did that and after some time they said that your fan is working fine and this is not a valid complaint. They refuse to send a mechanic. THEY DO NOT HAVE HOME SERVICE. So ultimately despite the fan is not in proper working condition and also despite having a warranty card..I have to continue use this unfit damage product. BEWARE before you buy anything from Longway. Their customer care agent was not at all helpful. A big FRAUD company doing business in Amazon. Fan functionality:Started giving a sound from motor from 2nd day.

Fan is excellent at this price and design and quality is also good 👍🏻😊 but one disappointed thing is about packaging. Packaged fans are in so bad condition
