Very Authentic
I just returned from Italy and was looking for a balsamic similar to what I enjoyed locally. This is it! It is a thick, flavorful vinegar that is perfect for salads, veggies, or fruit!

Zesty zing!
This is a great addition to various foods such as avocado and salads. It is thick and doesn't sink to bottom of bowl. It has a zesty balsamic zing that we and guests really enjoy!

This is a delicious balsamic glaze. I have used it on several baking items. This is the only balsamic glaze I will now use.

Nice balsamic reduction - Goes on thick
This is a very nice balsamic reduction and a good value for the money. Be aware that the nozzle is a bit large causing a heavy hand to lay it on a bit thick. If you want thin, professional lines, don't squeeze the bottle.
