Worked well then the glitches started
I used this regularly for 8 months. It’s lightweight, the noise cancelling mic is great and it travels well. Unfortunately, it slowly started developing glitches over the months. First, the mute button would no longer activate the Teams mute icon, then the do not disturb red lights stayed on, then the hang up button stopped working, then the dongle stopped lighting up and finally the mic stopped working. There were also connection issues from time to time which is frustrating when trying to join a call quickly. I have been promised a refund by Amazon. Shame it wasn’t more reliable.
