I got the Arc copy and I also bought it too I thought it was brilliant if I didn’t have to eat or sleep I would have devoured this in one day Antonio was a Monster a sly one it’s all about Revenge And Callie is Part of it innocently of course it’s good to read from their point of view Of course Callie didn’t know what kind of. Party she was walking into she has some spunk and sass that surprises Antonio you’ll have to see what happens in the next book it was a good cliffhanger we don’t have to wait too long x xMaureen Donnelly my reviews come under redmomo

Loved this book, but hate cliffhangers 🫣 but still can’t wait for the next one. The characters are believable and you get sucked right in to the story hence I’m gutted that it had a cliffhanger ending

This is the first book in The Wolf and The Lamb duet, Of Monsters, Men & Moles. I don't normally like duets as they can be dragged out, but this one is perfect. The plot captivates you from the get go and keeps you hooked until the end.Antonio and Callie are seemingly from different worlds and when thier paths collide it sets off a chain of events neither of them could predict. This is a mafia romance but it isn't to dark or gory (yet?)The two main characters you can't help but root for, even though Antonio thinks he is in control and knows how the story will end, you can see the cracks forming and his real feelings break through. Callie is an open book with her feelings, innocent but fiesty, confident and sure of her worth, she won't fall at Antonios feet just because he is good looking.The chemistry between these two is out of this world, the bantering and back and forth is a joy to read. The plot is great, I can't wait to see how everything is going to go down when the full truth is out.The final book in the duet Of Beauty, Brains & Bravery is out on April 30th and I cant wait.Overall this book has it all, mystery, mafia, steam and multifaceted characters, you can't ask for more.

This is book one in The Wolf and The Lamb Mafia Romance Duet and omg it is definitely a must read. Antonio is a mafia boss and the next don in the Marchesi but he needs to get married to be able to take over his fathers title but his marriage will not be about love but necessity so his father invites eligible women to a ball so that Antonio can chose who he is going to marry. Callie is a college student and when her roommate invites her to a party Callie really doesn’t want to go but in the end she goes only to get there and realise what the party was for and she wants no part of it so she needs to get out of there as quickly as she possibly can and disappear but things don’t always go as planned. When Antonio and Callie meet things are really tense and she wants to be anywhere else but here with the cold, cruel, dark, cocky and angry man and then when she thinks that there is no way out he surprises her. The attraction and chemistry between Callie and Antonio is instant, strong and intense but Callie doesn’t want anything to do with Antonio’s world and tries to keep her distance from him but then a situation throws them back into each others path but things are not what they seem to be and then you get an explosive cliff hanger ending that sends shivers down your spine and leaving you wondering what will happen next and definitely needing the next book. This book had me completely hooked right from the first page and also had me on the edge of my seat while holding my breath and the back and forward banter was so enjoyable and entertaining and I loved how Callie was so strong and gave Antonio a run for his money and didn’t take any messing from him regardless of the situation and I definitely recommend you read this book and you will not be disappointed.I Voluntarily Reviewed a Copy of This Book

This book is amazing. I didn't find it a typical Mafia Romance which was refreshing.Antonio is a sexy mafia alpha male. Callie is a fiesty non mafia female character, who also cannot stop her roommate stealing her stuff. Their relationship seems straight forward, until you hit the first OMG what moment, you then hit another and are dying for April for book 2 to be released. I ended up re-reading it immediately to see if I could pick up any more breadcrumbs to see if I can solve the cliffhanger... still got too many ideas of what I might me. Really well written, good length and thoroughly enjoyable.

From the very beginning this book has you hooked.Callie gets roped in to attending a party by her college roommate on her behalf, only to find out that the party is thrown for a member of the mob looking for his bride. This is when the Wolf sets his sight on his Little Lamb. Only it is not a chance meeting. It seems they have a family history.The twist at the end has you hooked. Can’t wait for the second book.
