You follow the directions that te seller included in the photos to the left of the listing. Just click on the photo and the will open up on your screen. Follow the measurements they suggested. Good luck, I followed them and ordered accordingly but should have ordered a smaller size.

Can you play the piano while wearing these?

I did put the gloves on and try to play the piano and I was not able to. I was also not able to play the piano without the gloves. But seriously, my wife wears them all day while working on the computer, so I did think you would have any problems on the piano.

The description says 2 count which implied double the count. I only received one pair with my order?

2 count means 2 gloves not 2 pairs. So sorry.
