Good for the money
It does what you expect it to do and for a good price. Builds neck and traps. Good quality and comfortable fit.

Great value for the price, but a bit basic with minor flaws
I bought this neck harness to strengthen my neck and improve my head posture, particularly to help correct my forward head posture (“nerd neck”). Since incorporating it into my routine, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in both my neck strength and overall posture. Strengthening my neck flexors has allowed me to perform deeper chin tucks, which has been especially beneficial. For the price, this is a solid entry-level option for basic neck exercises. The build quality is sturdy, which is the most important factor when it comes to a neck harness—durability is crucial for safety, and I feel comfortable using relatively heavy weights with this one. However, the material is quite stiff and not very flexible, making it less comfortable to wear. That said, at this price point, I’d rather have a strong, rigid harness than a more flexible but flimsy one.The harness features only two attachment points, meaning it’s mainly suited for neck curls and extensions. While it’s possible to attach the chain to one side for a modified side bend, I find this movement awkward and wouldn’t include it in my routine. That being said, curls and extensions are the core exercises for neck training, so this harness still covers the essentials. One minor issue is that the included chain is a bit short. When performing neck extensions, the weights tend to swing and occasionally tap my chest—not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of. Fortunately, this is an easy fix with a longer chain from a hardware store.Overall, this is a great budget-friendly option for those looking to get started with neck training. It’s durable and effective for fundamental movements, though its functionality is somewhat limited. If you’re new to neck training and don’t want to spend too much upfront, this is a great way to explore the basics. However, for more advanced exercises and improved comfort, it may be worth investing in a higher-end harness with more attachment points.

They’re right
Other reviews speak on the chain being short. Very true it is and the headgear isn’t as comfortable. The velcro on the chinstrap rubs against my throat sometimes but I tough it out bc I want those gains. By the price of this thing you can only expect but so much. I’ll upgrade when I can but for now I’m satisfied.
