Nice product low cost

I installed the Orient Apex-FX 1200mm in my home, and as someone who values well-built electrical hardware, I’m very satisfied with its performance. Air Delivery: At 1200mm (48 inches), the blade sweep is perfect for a standard-sized room. The air delivery is powerful (around 200 CMM), providing a consistent breeze even at lower regulator settings. Motor & Build Quality: The copper motor is a major plus—it runs cool even after 8–10 hours of continuous use. The "double ball bearing" technology is evident because the fan starts smoothly and stays very stable without any wobbling or clicking sounds. Noise Level: Even at top speed (370 RPM), the motor noise is minimal. There’s no annoying "hum," which makes it ideal for a bedroom or a quiet office workspace. Design & Finish: The powder-coated finish is high-quality and easy to clean. It has a simple, classic look that fits well with any interior decor. Final Verdict: A "fill-it and forget-it" appliance. I bought a ceiling fan less than a year ago for my 86 year old parent’s house thinking Orient is a good company. But the fan entirely stopped working in 11 months. Video attached. It’s well under warranty so I called Orient 4 days back to register complaint. They said someone will get in touch in 24 to 48 hours. No one did. When I called, they said their system shows the call as “complete”. I asked them if no one called or came to check, how can the call be closed? No answers from them. Anyway they reopened the call and gave me contacts of two area managers saying they will help. Guess what? One number was of the wrong guy and the second guy never picks up. On top of that, they again closed the call without any work being done. This is harassment and torture. Who has the time to keep registering complaints that Orient never services, but closes as “complete”? This, when summer is in full swing in Delhi. Orient is a total scam. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY ORIENT fan. Also Amazon India should stop stocking this product.

The airflow is strong and consistent, even at medium speed it cools the room very well. The motor runs smoothly with very low noise and the build quality feels solid. Installation was easy and both fans are working perfectly. Overall, a very good product from Orient with great performance and value for money. Highly recommended if you want a reliable ceiling fan for your home.
