Very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent order. I purchased a vest for my 7-year-old son based on the size information provided, but the item received is much smaller than expected and does not fit him at all.When I contacted customer care requesting a replacement with the correct size, I was informed that a replacement would not be provided. As a customer, I find this response unfair, especially when the product is unsuitable due to sizing issues.I have been a regular customer and expected better support in resolving this matter. I request Amazon to reconsider my case and arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution at the earliest.I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Size is small as suggested in size guidline
Product quality is always good but size guidline in Amazon is misleading. They are sending 85cm for 9-10 yrs old which is small for boys of that age group.
