Bormioli Rocco Country Home Fiesole Bottle, 24-Ounce

Love this for my homemade Feta vinaigrette dressing! Opening large enough to allow small chunks of the cheese out. Looked elegant on my table. Added much to my help yourself salad bar I made for friends on girls night. They all loved the bottle and the dressing!

I was a tad worried based on reviews, but my bottle arrived WITH a cork, packaged well in a thick layer of bubble wrap and plastic, intact and unbroken, nice thick glass, and it’s gorgeous!

The bottle is beautiful and just what I wanted. However there was no cork for the top even though the description said a cork was included. That was disappointing because I was taking to a party filled with something I made. Had to go thru old corks to find something to fit!

Contemplating sending back. I may keep them just because I don’t want the hassle. But I’d definitely return them if I’d bought from a local store. Quality is below what I expected and they are much smaller than I expected. I guess that’s my fault for not checking the properties of the item before purchase. However I can never forgive missing parts to an item, even if they can be replaced easily elsewhere.

I bought four of these, then realized I could use them for things like salad dressing & extracts, so I ordered four more. They all arrived in one box, loosely packed, in bubble wrap, but bouncing around in the large box, with NO packing to make them secure. A terrible way to treat such a piece! After unpacking, I noticed that one of the bottles was very broken, on the top, hard for the person packaging it to NOT notice, as there was NO broken glass inside the bubble wrap or the box, it MUST have been wrapped, already broken. There is sharp glass where the top was quite damaged. It is unusable for food as someone will get cut, and I would be afraid that shards might end up in the food. My son said, you can't throw that out, it has "soul" and he is right. It is made in Italy, by the same family owned company that started it. Pieces like this are rare, and it reminds me of the "Depression Ware" my grandmother used to have. I just ordered four more, as the one I ordered to replace the broken one, had NO CORK...here's hoping that THIS time, they are ALL perfect.

Beautiful Made in Italy bottle that came with cork. Filled it with bath soak (Epsom salts, Himalayan pink Sea salt and bergamot and vanilla oils (smells like a London Fog) for a gift for my Sister in law. Excellent quality and such a great price! Will buy more.
