My box came with a smashed hole to the box. I put faith in the packaging but ended up now having to warranty and get it fixed since its outside returning. Two small vertical lines that respond to certain colors make it only noticeable when using at certain times.BUT, it has been a great monitor to use! Maybe 360HZ is over kill but I feel like i can see the quality difference from a cheap 240HZ. Plus this is a 12 bit HDR monitor. It really has an amazing deep red color with the esports setting is on. I did not rate it the highest rating because ACER made the monitor unavailable to use DSR to get to use 4k resolution. But, that might be because it is a DP 1.4 monitor, I am not sure... The HDR backlight bleed is a little there with the mouse on a black screen as shown in the reviews, nothing too crazy to complain about.The Bezel floats around the outside screen edge. That is something new for me to see. I do not like that because of dust build up.I see pretty good latency and response time for ULMB2. It's an all around nice monitorEdit: Currently having driver issues locking me at 360HZ and unable to add custom resolutions.

Super nice monitor if you have the money. Like a previous user suggested just tweak the settings and use color adjuster with windows to get colors locked in. I had a hard time figuring out there's an actual menu besides the side buttons (im a little dumb). You have to mess with the joystick for it to come up its like a double press or something. The panel is great coming from a zowie 240hz 1080p for valorant and all games. You honestly do need a high end rig thats why i got this. Im getting around 700-800fps on val dms and comps and 600++++ on ow2. But this monitor is honestly insane will never go back to 1080p everything is so clear

When I first got it everything worked great but after a week of usage there was a blackening issue where the screen would go black for 2-3 seconds every 2 minutes. I tried changing out everything; the display port, the wall outlet, and hdmi but the problem persisted. I was disappointed with returning and paying the fees to return it with UPS.

If you can push fps with your rig, this is the right monitor for you. Motion clarity is excellent. As someone who is very sensitive to blurring when flicking with a mouse, I needed this in my life. Same panels as ASUS PG27AQN and though I waited patiently for that model to become available, I do not regret this purchase at all.Only cons, you'll need to tweak settings to dial it in, and it gets pretty warm when running under load for an extended period.
