critical for making sure temperature is correct.
I use the 750 and 650 for annealing brass and it is critical that the temperature is correct. this product is well worth the price. the 450 is to ensure the temperature does not overheat the lower half of the brass.

I have ordered this item for many years and it was always orange. I was a little concerned that this showed it in blue/green. The item I received was in fact orange so all is good.
