Game changer, seriously!
I'm going to write a long review for any of you that are trying to figure out exactly how these work and if they'd work for you. I was new to period underwear, so I was needing more info to wrap my brain around the concept! I'm in my 30s. I've had a kid, my periods are pretty regular, and I probably have a normal flow. My routine for decades was to use a super tampon and a liner on those first 2-3 days for about nine hours until I got home from work (I know--too long for a tampon!), and then change into an overnight pad for the rest of the day, and then another overnight pad for bed time. I didn't need that much absorbancy, but I did it for peace of mind that I could go about my business and also sleep without worry. However, I regularly leak in my sleep with an overnight pad. It shifts in my sleep, and I wake up to stained underwear, pj bottoms, and sheets. Ridiculous for a grown woman!! Also, the pads and liners start to irritate my skin after a few days. So I decided to look into period underwear. These are fantastic! I usually wear black hipster cotton underwear, and these fit and feel just like them. When you feel them in your hand, they make a bit of a crinkly sound, but they don't make any noise when you wear them. I was prepared to just wear these to bed and continue with tampons during the day, but these are so amazing that I wear them throughout the day and have cut out tampons completely. I've been wearing them for about four cycles now. My timing is still the same. I put on a pair in the morning, and when I get home from work, I rinse them out in the sink, throw them in the wash, and put on a new pair. Then I rinse out that pair and put on a new pair before bed. Zero leaks! Zero irritation! Ultimate comfort. Serious game changer. My complaints. One: there are often panty lines. I usually wear a small, so that's the size I ordered, and they seemed to fit but just felt a little snug, but the lines were awful. So I've kept those as my overnight pairs. I sized up to M and they still fit well and now only have minimal lines showing. I've figured out which pants and jeans I can wear with these and which I can't. It is a lot of rinsing out in the sink and washing. I was running my washing machine three times a day while on my period. Now that I have more pairs, I wait and wash all three pairs from the day at once to cut back on that. But if you only buy three pairs, and change them out as often as I do, you can't wait until the end of the day to wash them or none will be dry (you're not supposed to put them in the dryer) for the following day. My only other complaint--which is more of a warning--is not to sit down in these after working out. I love wearing these to work out in bc there's no chafing from pads or liners. However, after mowing the lawn once on a really hot day, I went to sit on the edge of my arm chair for just a few minutes to catch my breath before showering, and I got sweat and blood stains on my chair even though I hadn't bled that much. So I think the sweat was too much for these, and soaked into the chair mixed in with blood. I won't make that mistake again! It takes some getting used to the first couple days. I didn't trust them, so I just tried them at night at first, and when I was thrilled by the comfort and no leaks, I tried them on a weekend day when I was just hanging out at home, and it passed the test again. Then I tried wearing them to work. So seriously give these a shot. Every woman and her cycle is different, but if it works for you, you'll be so super happy to ditch the tampons and pads!!

Worth a try, even if you hate pads
This is my first set of period underwear, and as an avid pad-hater I am pleasantly surprised with how much I like them. I think anyone who dislikes pads is avoiding the weird, wet diaper feeling. These period underwear definitely don’t feel like that. They absorb quickly, and only start to feel wet when it’s time to change them. They’re also really soft and comfortable, and they’re not bulky or noticeable even under tight pants. I’m not a fan of wearing underwear in general but they don’t dig into you or feel too tight or restrictive. They also last for 8+ hours even on my heavy flow days, when I would typically wear a super plus tampon. Overall, as a long-time tampon and menstrual disc user, I can’t say they’ll be my go-to, because I still prefer the “I’m not even on my period” feeling. But I do love having them for a backup for when I forget to buy period products.

Minor flaw but overall fantastic!
These are absolutely amazing in so many ways and truly save my life when I'm on my period. Soft, doesn't feel like a diaper (yes it feels thicker than normal undies but honestly what do you expect lol), and easy to wash. The only thing I wish is that the absorption padding went further up on the front. It covers the booty all the way up to the waist of the undies, but it barely covers my hoo-hah all the way on the front. If you're a stomach sleeper like me, this causes issues for overnight wear. So I stopped wearing them overnight unless I layer with an additional method of protection, which kind of defeats the purpose of these. But I will say for daytime wear they work wonderfully and I highly recommend!

Cute, easy to clean, period underwear
I have had these for a couple months now and here is my review based on my experience with various period underwear (hanes and bambody). Pros: - Absorbent: they do a good job of absorbing liquid. I have yet to find underwear that can handle my heavy days, but these are great for light days or combining with a menstrual cup. I consider this a Pro since these are listed as moderate absorbency. -Comfortable: the stitching on my other period underwear are kind of awkwardly placed (hanes), these ones feel like normal underwear for the most part. -Easy to clean: these clean easily. I rinse them and throw them in the wash. I have air-dried and tumble dried on low (and medium accidentally) heat and the material doesn't get warped or wrinkled like other period underwear (bambody). -SMELL: My biggest issue with period underwear is when they hold smell (hanes) no matter how quickly you wash them, these don't which is a huge plus for me! -Cute: the colors and patterns are cute! Can't go wrong with that Cons: -Padding in the front: the padding goes far up the back but not the front, this is an issue for me as I tend to leak towards the front, if you need more front protection, consider getting their higher waisted undies. -Bikini shape: this one is more of a personal preference, but I am not a fan of bikini period underwear, being bloated causes the front to roll down sometimes whereas a higher waisted underwear would likely fare better. Overall, these are my new favorite period underwear. I also use them when working out since I have had some UI after childbirth. Although I don't like the shape, I plan on trying to find a different style in the same brand because the ease of clean and comfort is great.

Why did I wait so long to get these?! Game changer!
UPDATE: It's been some time since I've been using these and I still love them so much. I love how comfortable I feel wearing them on my period, but I will say that I am noticing a bit of a smell now. I always wash them in hot water with vinegar and detergent and usually wash them twice, but I still feel like there's a bit of a smell that appears after wearing them for awhile. Because of this, I dont wear them out of the house, I just use them at home. They do smell clean when they first come out of the dryer though. I just thought I'd update and will look into seeing what I can do about that and update again. GUYS, these have changed my life!!!! I have no idea why, but for some reason, I always thought of period underwear as gross and stinky and that misconception caused me to unfortunately avoid them. But let me tell you, I have NEVER felt so clean and not "stinky" on a period as I did while wearing these! Not only was I cozy and comfortable throughout my whole entire period while wearing these, but I didn't feel "stinky" or wet/squishy/sticky at all! In fact, I feel like these were much more absorbant than typical pads are! I used to use the Kotex brand, and maybe it was just a bad brand of pads, but I would change out my pads multiple times a day and there would always be an odor at some point in the day, not to mention there would always be a mess on my daily use underwear when the blood would inevitably leak out. But with these period underwear, I never smelled "funky" at any point lol and obviously, you don't have to worry about the mess! This was my first experience so I wasn't sure what to do exactly, but here was my process: On the 1st day which is my heaviest day, I wore one pair of underwear for most of the entire day. I would say I am not the heaviest bleeder, but I'm not the lightest bleeder either, and it was only near the end of the day after using the bathroom and I went to pull the underwear up that I felt a little bit of wetness, so that is the point when I changed it out for a new pair and then later that night, I put on a new pair right before bed. I simply washed the underwear from that day in the sink really good with warm soapy water until the water ran clear and then I put those pairs from the first day in a bag to be washed with the other pairs I would be wearing on my heaviest days. I did that for day 2 and 3 and then washed all of the underwear I had worn up until that point, which was, if I recall correctly, about 8, (3 pairs the first 2 days, and 2 pairs the 3rd day). I washed the underwear on hot, normal cycle, with a splash of vinegar and then dried them as normal with no issues. After that, I continued to wear 2 pairs a day for day 4 and 5 and only 1 for my final day on the 6th day of my period. I washed the rest of the pairs as normal with my clothes without prewashing in the sink, as I didn't feel like they were as soiled as the first few days pairs. I loved these so much that I ordered more shortly after trying on my first pair! 😅 It was such a strange but wonderful feeling to be comfortable during my period and not have that gross feeling of a wet pad all day. I HIGHLY recommend these ladies!!!! For reference, I am 5'3, 127-130 lbs with large hips and a big/wide butt and I am not at all in shape and I ordered the large size and they fit wonderfully with barely any panty lines!

NO LEAKS with these after a year!
I like trying all kinds of menstrual products to find what works for me, and I feel like I've tried it all by this point. I ended up buying these Neione Period Underwear to use at night when my flow is light so I can sleep comfortably and this is my honest review after a year of use. I also sometimes wear these on my light days when I'm just spotting or have light/medium flow and I've still never had any embarrassing leaks. Even when I sometimes get a gush, it doesn't leak through. I'm pretty impressed with the absorbency! These look pretty cute, but definitely not sexy. They have a bit of a stitch pattern visible around the bottom area that gives away that these are menstrual underwear. They don't feel too bulky, they are still pretty breathable, look exactly as pictured, hold up well in the wash on regular cycle, and are a good price. The black liner on the inside is good and bad. You can't see what your flow is because it blends in with the black, but you also don't have to worry about and unsightly stains. I wish I had sized up because the elastic on the outside is a bit tight! But otherwise they fit me fine. I would just recommend sizing up for comfort maybe if you are in one of those in-between sizes. I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend these. Hope this helps!

Not for bigger bellies
I’m a size 18/20 in jeans, 5’10”, 250lbs. I ordered a 3x based off the size chart. For comparison, I’m currently wearing a pair of undies from Duluth Trading Company in XL that fit great. These technically fit, they’re not uncomfortably tight at all, but I’ve got a bit of an apron belly since having twins last year, and the waist on these rolls all the way down almost as soon as I put them on. Since I’m wearing them while on my period and often trying to pair them with a thermacare patch, this is super inconvenient. I’m not sure if sizing up more would help, or if these are just cut wrong for plus-sized girlies. Honestly, is anyone really looking for a sexy low-rise in their period panties?? The actual absorbency is great, the patterns are cute, the fabric feels nice, but unfortunately the fit is terrible.

Where have these been all my life?
It is rare that a product is life-changing. These period underwear are really the best thing ever. They allow one to dispense with an uncomfortable pad at night time and just relax and go to sleep without being concerned for leakage. So far, I have had no issues with leakage at night. On a very heavy day, I would likely combine these with a tampon as I go about my day, but they still efficiently do the work of a maxi pad. I personally prefer to feel as dry as possible, and so by personal preference, and especially on heavy days, I change them out once or twice in a 24 hour period. For those who prefer this, it does present a logistical challenge if you will spend the day away from home. The outer fabric is soft and silky, but strong. The crotch is, of course, a little bit thick, but it is by no means excessive. The waterproof layer (deep inside, cannot be seen) does cause a subtle “swish” sound when you run your hand over the item, but I don’t think this can be heard when walking. I have only washed and dried them once or twice, but so far they seem to hold up well. As to looks, I would love to see them designed in additional colors. The outer space ones are a cute idea if you’re 12, but for those of us in the mid 40s set, we prefer a little more elegance. The earth tone set is a nice choice. Additional solid colors would be a plus. Overall, phenomenal product. Addendum: I have also begun to use these for minor bladder leakage issues. I rarely have issues there, but this helps me not to concern myself with it, especially when I’m engaged in important activities.

Good fit, suits need.
These are okay. They are bulkier than the Knix brand. We ordered these when travelling and caught in a pinch, and they served their purpose well. They are well-made.

They work, and last roughly as long (hold as much) as 3 full regular tampons.
My experience…. 5 cycles on! UK size 18 (XXL) After an initial primer wash, I tested them with a measuring glass of water; They absorbed 18ml, with a bit of transfer when lightly pressed with tissue, but the outer layer remained dry. Adding more water made them leak at the legs. Knowing how they’d perform, I was happy to wear them. They draw liquid in quickly and are absorbent enough to hold it away from you. As long as you don’t experience heavy flooding, there’s time for droplets to disperse, liquid to sink in and spread out, allowing the knickers to hold more! Once they’re nearing capacity, the layer touching your body gets damp and transfers some liquid when touched, then they need changing. Odour is minimal-to-non-existent with a change every 12 hours. Sizing is accurate. At my size, they’re more on a par with the UK high street’s Bikini styles. They’re comfortable with plenty of bottom room, although for a larger lady, an inch more depth in the sides and top would be better. The higher cut leg is very flattering, with plenty of room for larger thighs. The front-top can roll down a tad during wear, and the back-underneath can get a little cheeky in the night. They have an average width gusset though (not skimpy), so no leaking, as long as you change them when needed. The main absorbent panel is slightly short, although there is a secondary, lesser absorbent panel that extends much further, which works well to catch overspill. This makes them higher at the front than period pants from M&S and Primark. They fit snugly without digging in and show minimal VPL. They’re just like normal knickers, but with a few extra layers of fabric underneath- similar thickness to a standard panty liner. The outer material is soft, smooth, sheeny, stretchy and good quality, with sturdily stitched seams and edging. There’s a slight swishing sound (rustle is the wrong word) when walking/taking them up and down in a public toilet for example, but not too bad compared to other brands. You’d only really hear it in a silent room. I personally wear them for casual, at the weekend, night, at home, etc. If I need a sleeker silhouette, I wear my expensive Aussie brand instead, just because they come up to the bellybutton. After wear, I rinse in a cool bowl of water until the water runs clear, air dry them in the interim, before machine washing a batch of 6 within a few days. If changing away from home, use a ziplock bag and rinse later the same day! Roll the gusset (inside-out) into a sausage and squeeze, don’t wring, so as not to stress the material or stitching. I machine wash mine at 20°C, 60 mins, 1400rpm spin, using delicate non-bio detergent only, inside an old pillow case (as I do all period undies), with excellent results. I don’t use fabric softener as that reduces absorbency. FULLY air dry them on a rack, inside out, with gusset re-shaped, for up to 48 hours before storing. They wash well over time and haven’t shrunken or stretched as such, but they have given a little, moulding to my body shape. I must also note that the absorbency improved over the first 3 washes! Neione team, thank you for successfully combining value, quality, practicality and function. The product does as is intended. I bought 9 pairs!

Loved so much I bought again
Wish I found this sooner. First bought about 6 years ago. This makes a big difference when you deal with a very heavy flow. Fit comfortably, my skin stays dry. Do not feel like a diaper or bulky and fit just like any regular pair of underwear. Would buy again and again as my needs change.

Affordable, leak-proof, good for light to medium flow
Pros: - Absorbs much better than I expected as I didn't experience leaks whatsoever. I'd say it's suitable for a light to medium flow having tried these for the past 4 months - True to size, I'm usually a XS or S for bottoms and I went with the XS which fit snugly - Good starting pack for those who want to try out period underwear Cons: - Not that breathable the longer you wear it, especially on hot days it would feel a bit sweaty. I'd probably use these more during the winter and use these + pads in summer to "air things out" so to speak lol - Also once you do sweat a lot the odor tends to remain so I wouldn't suggest wearing this if you know you're going to be out doing strenuous activities that'll make you sweat extensively Overall these have become a staple in period product rotation and are a great alternative as opposed to spending tons monthly on pads! I do plan on looking at other options with more breathable fabric, but so far these have been a decent starting pack as my intro to period underwear.

Safe buy
Really surprised with this Buy! Good quality tissu and pad, easy to wash & cute for a menstrual underwear. The tissu is comfortable, light, breathable and soft. I usually wear X-Small or Small depending of the company. I ordered small and is a little bit loose but is still wearable and comfy! I really recommend, it's my first time buying menstrual underwear and I'm really happy.
