Honest reviewer!I get very watery eyes. I used this and my eyes watered and it really stung my eyes and I had to take it off. I wouldn’t call it waterproof. I was really hoping I could find a waterproof one that works. If your eyes don’t water then it will be fine for you. It’s nice and black.

I've worn eyeliner all my adult life, often the liquid sort - so by now I've got the hang of it. If you struggle with eyeliner or you're new to it and want a defined, linear effect arguably the easiest way to achieve it is with pen type liners like this. If you can hold a pen, you can use Summit's Seductive Precise Ink Eyeliner.Very easy to use, this eyeliner is perfect for creating flicks and cat-eyes. If you're a newbie I'd suggest trying it out first on the back of your hand to see how it manipulates. Try rubbing it - you'll see it barely budges. Also try putting some water on it. It's not, as claimed, waterproof though it is in my view smudge proof and long wear.I can get on with those ultra hard to take off liquid liners - and actually prefer them. Made in Turkey, this Summit eyeliner is not difficult to remove and it feels comfortable on which is not always the case for liquid liners. I probably would not get this again - but if you're looking for a pen style eyeliner it could be worth considering.
