Excellent dvd, one star missing for "Smooth Criminal"
This is a great collection for anyone who wants an easy to watch version of Michael's "Greatest Hits" videos. There are some great versions, in the main the ones that are played on TV with the story removed and the focus on the dancing. The big disappointment is "Smooth Criminal", in my opinion Michael's masterpiece - what we get is the "official" version which is speeded up and blurred and intercut with chase scenes. If you want the full dancing version of "Smooth Criminal" then you need to buy "Moonwalker", and a slightly shortened version is on "History". I'm still trying to track down the 4 minute version usually shown on TV. But despite the obvious disappointment of "Smooth Criminal", this is still a great DVD - worth the price for "Bad" and "Thriller", never mind all the other goodies.

Some of the video is of poor quality. Probably because Jacksons original MTV stuff was recorded on American VHS tapes. However, all in all this DVD does show the brilliance of the man.

Min personliga recension av Michael Jackson: Number Ones Jag tycker att Michael Jackson: Number Ones är en fantastisk DVD och en av de bästa samlingarna för den som älskar hans musik. Här får man uppleva många av hans största hits tillsammans med de klassiska musikvideorna som gjorde honom till “King of Pop”. Det är dock bra att veta att DVD:n inte innehåller alla hans musikvideor, och några av dem är kortare versioner än originalen. För mig gör det ändå inte så mycket, eftersom innehållet håller en väldigt hög kvalitet och bjuder på många oförglömliga ögonblick. Om du funderar på att köpa den här DVD:n tycker jag att den är väl värd pengarna. Den passar både dig som precis har upptäckt Michael Jackson och dig som har varit ett fan i många år. Jag återkommer själv gärna till den, eftersom musiken, dansen och energin fortfarande känns lika magiska varje gång jag tittar. Det här är en DVD som jag varmt kan rekommendera.
