For reference: I bought this in early March. So when I first bought this, I was extremely disappointed because I bought the couple's bundle but I couldn't get EITHER of the hearts to work properly to replicate our heartbeats after recording them. HOWEVER, there was an update recently in the app. And ever since, I have been able to very easily and almost seamlessly, feel my fiancee's heartbeat EVERY time that I go to feel it. There was even one time I was at the gym, and mid-workout I felt the necklace beating. Now that it's fixed, I 1000% recommend this product if you're a sap like me.

I know there wasnt many reviews.. but im so thankful i took a chance. My husband has been in and out of the hospital over the last few months... and i missed not being able to snuggle and listen n feel his heartbeat against my cheek.. this gave me a closeness i craved when he wasnt beside me. Now i have captured his heartbeat forever no matter what. And i can store the heartbeat of my children who have geown up and moved away.. i will always carry a part of them with me and its stored safely on my phone. So very grateful.. Only thing i would change is a prettier chain. Like a sterling silver rope chain.. makes it feel and appear dantier. Or an pretty etching along the outside. Besides that its amazing... The box it came in converts into a charger container. Kinda cool. Lol. Get one and dont wait. You never know when it will be too late to capture that moment in time♡

This was purchased as a Mother’s Day gift and was originally supposed to be delivered before mother’s day but was delayed and delivered the day after. I really loved the idea of this necklace but it fell short. The necklace was incredibly difficult to get to sync. As stated in another review I did have to take the heart itself out of the necklace frame, which is surprisingly difficult to do. After that it still took about 20 minutes because it would just not connect. Ever since then it is constantly disconnecting or acting like it’s dead and when I plug it in on the charger, it is fully charged. I’m a cardiac nurse and absolutely loved the idea of recording the heartbeats however, after I recorded the heartbeats for my children and my husband once playing them back through the necklace and filling them, they are the EXACT SAME HEARTBEAT FOR EVERYONE! Once you record a heartbeat, it either goes through the motions and pretends it is recording and plays a default heartbeat when you are wearing the heartbeat. This would be less noticeable if you weren’t recording multiple heartbeats, and if you didn’t have experience in the cardiology field. However, since I recorded multiple heartbeats and work in the cardiology field I can tell you that either I have a defective necklace which might be the case or this is extremely false advertising because my three children, different ages and my husband do not have the exact same heartbeat rhythm. I even recorded my own heartbeat through the app because I have a heart condition that gives me a distinct heart rhythm yet when I play my heartbeat on the necklace, it plays yet again the same exact beat plays for my husband and our three kids. It does shows that I am changing who’s heartbeat is being worn at the time so I can say that the app works in that aspect but it plays the same rhythm for everyone and that rhythm doesn’t match anyone in my household. It’s just a default heartbeat. very disappointed and would not recommend. Also just a side of the chain is very cheaply made and gets twisted and stuck constantly.

Wish I got this before my youngest died. I got one for me and my step daughter. I have my oldest son and his son. I’ll get another for my DIL so she can have the same as me, her husband and son. It was a little tricky to make it work but once I figured it out it’s been wonderful to have.

I originally got the Bond Touch Heart for my son, who gets nervous sometimes, hoping it would help him feel more secure knowing we’re always connected. However, pairing it was a nightmare! I couldn’t get it to turn on, even after reaching out to customer support. They ended up sending me a replacement. When the new one arrived, I discovered that you could remove the heart from the metal necklace. I decided to try pairing it while detached—and it worked! I went back to the original one, removed it from the necklace, and it paired too. Nowhere in the instructions does it mention that the metal necklace can interfere with pairing, which was frustrating. Once paired, though, it was super easy to use. I also found out that you can only have one heart per account, so I had to create a second account to pair the second device. Now, I have one for my son and one for myself, and I actually love it! I even reached out to the company, offering to pay for the second one, since the first wasn’t defective—just a case of poor instructions. Despite the initial struggle, I do recommend this if you’re looking for a way to stay connected with a loved one! Stopped holding a charge after 1 year of owning. Was barely even used because the charger that came with it was lost shortly after purchasing. Just recently bought a new charger and it will not hold a charge at all. Very disappointed since I paid so much for this item. *update* I did reach out to customer service, they responded in a timely manner and are sending me a replacement! Thankful for their kindness and assistance!

I bought this with hope that it would be worth the price. It was expensive but at least I got it on sale. Everything came in the box and exactly as expected. Setting it up was a little difficult but I got the hang of it. I don’t know if I’d recommend this with this high of a price point but it was definitely worth her smile!

I was hesitant in purchasing since there was only one good review, however, I took a leap of faith. I bought this for my daughter. Once charged, I went to pair and honestly at first I did have a a hard time pairing. However; instead of following the actual directions, when pairing, if you tap around the heart it did pair. Then once you record your heartbeat by using your index finger covering your camera on the phone (my phone is iPhone), you will see the recording in the Bond app. Then to feel your heartbeat that you recorded, do not follow the directions that asks you to hold the heart in your fingers, this didn't work, instead, place your thumb on top of the heart and your index finger along with your middle finger behind the heart on opposite side and press down, Wala you feel the recorded heartbeat. The box it comes with makes it easy to charge your necklace by feeding the cord (which came with the necklace), through the box and placing your necklace on charger. However; the charger does come out of box if you prefer. As another person pointed out, it would be a much nicer necklace with a better quality chain, so I may purchase a different chain to look more elegant then the chain that the necklace came with. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase and time will tell if it holds a charge and keeps the recording. Either way, with the heartbeat recorded in the Bond app, at the very least. you will always have a visual of your loved ones heartbeat even if the necklace does not last.

It is a very sweet gift and a nice way to give your heart to somone. tip: the pendent needs to be fully charged to sync to the app. It takes a little playing with to down load the profile. not difficult.

A bit finicky to get the heart beat onto the program. Works great once it's all set up My child has separation anxiety and this helps

I purchased the Bond Touch Bond Heart on July 17, 2024 as a meaningful gift for my wife while we’re long distance. I finally gave it to her this week while visiting Dubai, and we were excited to set it up. Instead, it’s been an incredibly frustrating experience. It doesn’t work at all. After multiple attempts, the light never turns on — no response, no pairing, nothing. Charging didn’t help. We tried different ways and even left it plugged in for hours — still dead. No clear troubleshooting help. For a product that’s supposed to be special and emotional, the setup support feels nonexistent. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was supposed to be a thoughtful, heartfelt gift — and instead it’s just sitting here lifeless. It’s disappointing and honestly embarrassing when you give someone something that doesn’t even turn on. Bond Touch — I really hope you see this and help. I’m happy to update my review if you can resolve this, whether by replacement or real support. But right now, this feels like wasted money and a ruined moment. If you stand behind your product and your promise of connection, please reach out and make this right.

Give this to my gf and she loves it and she able to add her mom and dad to it so now when she misses them and cant make out to see she feel them with her
