When I got these and saw them in person they looked too thin to do much of anything but I was totally wrong. They are soft and dense without being too thick as to throw off my alignment. I also took 2 and wrapped them around my chair's armrest and I had instant relief. I'm super glad I bought these!

I use these for my elbows and forearms when I’m playing video games and it’s helped a lot, they do flatten out the longer you use them but that’s to be expected

The product arrived to me much sooner than I was expecting (by a week). The pads are the perfect size for my forearms and elbows to rest on. They are thick and I felt immediate relief from my forearm/elbow pain. They grip to the desk well yet are easily movable. They are as advertised, and I am pleased with my purchase. The price was right too.

These look like pot holders but feel wonderful. They could be a little narrower, sometimes the keyboard seems too far away from me.
