Great Pan! Hits all the marks for quality!
Great pan!! Super high quality, lightweight, comfortable handle angle and feel! I just returned an Allclad pan because it was none of those things. This pan heats up quickly and evenly. I checked several areas around the flat surface with a laser temperature gauge and found all areas to be +/- 2°. Very uniform! I use this pan to cook fish on my grill and it sears fish beautifully with a little avocado oil. Tuna, salmon, sea bass, skin on or without skin. No sticking with a little oil. Cleaning was easy by wiping it off with a paper towel then a little soap and warm water. I don’t mind paying more for good quality so this is a good value for me. Great pan and a great comfortable handle angle and feel! Sure, it’s beautiful right out of the box, they all are. But this pan performs as expected and that’s what really matters! Highly recommended!

The cookware is fine but unfortunately went on sale a couple weeks after I bought it for $30 cheaper, would have liked to get that price
