I love these vitamins it took about 6 months to see any results but they absolutely work however this seems to be a new formula I was on a subscription and had 6 months worth at home I just purchased this plan right now and it looks like it doesn't have any biotin in it not sure if that will make a difference or not they are also more green than they are orange and have a different smell. I did a little bit of research and realize that they did change their formula in 2026. So the verdict is still out on whether or not these will be the same.

I am using a lot of different hair loss interventions. I do believe Nutrafol to be the most impactful. I noticed my hair was thinning back in 2019 and was diagnosed with female pattern baldness in May 2024. The last 6 months, I added Nutrafol to my regimen. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night to avoid any irritation to my stomach. I do not miss a dose, I have reminder alarms set to ensure consistency. My photos are showing center part, December 2024 vs May 2024, and side part, December 2024 vs May 2024. The center part is straight vs curly styled hair but the side part is curly vs curly. I’m on my 10th bottle, and I honestly don’t know if this stuff really helps with hair growth. My Dr. said some of the b vitamins were at excessive levels and that the body cannot fully process them. I believe her because when I take a full dose, my urine is neon yellow. I’m told that indicates that my body couldn’t fully process all of the B vits, and a portion of these expensive pills quite literally went down toilet. She recommended I cut the dosage in half. I don’t know why I keep taking them, but they certainly can’t hurt. I definitely think they give me a little extra boost and help with my mental health.

Slow and steady wins the race. And definitely staying consistent past the 2-3 months. For me, After two months I definitely notice less fallout and my hair looking thicker because there’s less fallout. However it’s not for growth/length if that’s what you’re looking for (for the ones having a bob for several years lol). It’s more for people who experience excessive fallout/hair loss and thin hair. I personally didn’t experience any side effects but we’re all different.

For the price and having used them for a year or more didn’t get the results l expected .
