Helped with bruising within 2 days
As the clumsiest person ever and also someone who does pole fitness, I bruise easily and often. This cream was recommended by a friend and I must say it works wonders. I bought in an emergency to get rid of some bruises 2 days before a holiday and it really reduced the colour and the bruise heeled much quicker than usual. I now use this cream regularly, and the bottle has lasted a while as a little goes a long way. There are more expensive brands out there with the same ingredients, this one is perfect.

Incredible!!! I had a deep haematoma on my chin shown in the first photo. I got the cream on Sunday and after ONLY 5 days of applying a warm compress and this cream 3-4 times a day the bruise is practically gone! A bruise that should have lasted weeks

Worth it if you apply it everyday
Good but I am not the patient one to use it every time and every day until the bruise dissappears. However it did help my mom with a quite ugly bruise as she is more committed to these than me and it's easy to apply as well and absorbs quite quickly. There was no pain for us, so can't comment on the pain relief of it. Worth it.

Very Helpful With My Constant Bruising
I have skin that bruises easily, especially on my forearms. I’m always looking for a product to help and after trying several, Nelson’s Arnica Cream has helped me the most. My bruises last for weeks before they subside but with this cream it does seem to heal quicker. I try to apply three or four times a day and Nelson’s has become part of my regular routine.
