Great for waterfowl hunting
I am a waterfowl hunter and live in NE South Dakota. I 've been looking for a lightweight, but warm jacket for late season duck/goose hunting. I was able to give it the true test today. I spent the morning goose hunting in a strong 25 mph wind and an air temperature of about 16 degrees F. (which is about -2 F windchill) I wore a hooded sweatshirt underneath my new Wildfowler Outfitter jacket and stayed warm the entire time! It did an excellent job of keeping the cold out and protecting me from the wind. I really like the jacket's length because it sits 6"-7" s below my waist. The hood design and lining was also a nice feature in today's weather! The only thing I don't really care for on the jacket is the velcro flaps on the pockets. I keep extra shotgun shells in my pockets and so I prefer pockets with snaps. The velcro makes it a little a bit cumbersome to get shells out because it catches and sticks everytime I'd reach for shells. I finally just tucked the pocket flaps inside so they wouldn't catch. The pocket design is a minor nuisance and comes down to personal preference. I know I'm going to get a lot of good use out of this jacket, especially for the price!

Tough to beat for $80
Let’s start off with this jacket was delivered to my house for $80. If you are looking for a jacket with a “modern” fit, this is not it. Fits somewhat awkwardly/old school/baggy but comfortable. Warm and definitely wind proof but haven’t tested in the rain yet. Inner fleece lining is nice. Cuffs are oversized but can be velcroed down and are still comfortable. For me, the collar was a bit tight when fully zipped but that’s par for the course for my neck. Still comfortable. Material is soft and quiet. Tough to beat for $80. Very pleased with this purchase.

Highly recommend!
I'm 5'9 and 150 pounds. The size large fits me comfortably with just a t shirt and thermal long sleeve with room for additional layers. Love the feel of the exterior material and internal is just as nice.Tested this out on an ice fishing trip. It was probably 25 degrees with 5 to 10 MPH winds. Did not get cold at all while wearing just two layers (one being a thermal long sleeve); I actually started sweating from walking half a mile. The sleeve openings are big but adjustable. I just left them as is because it allowed me to retract my hand and fingers while ice fishing so that was a definite plus for me. Overall, I love it so far and highly recommend this jacket and the bib over some of the more pricey ice fishing outerwear.

Love this jacket!
*Bought in 2014*I just mine yesterday and I absolutely love it! I have short arms so the sleeves are a little long but the Velcro on the cuffs takes care of that issue. Its beautiful, totally warm without really any layers and perfect for the cold weather I get to deal with at work in the early morning before the sun comes up. It even came a day earlier then expected. My only thing with this is, in its description & on its tag it says it has side hand warmers. Warmers with an "S", as in more then one. They have it on one side but not the other. Am I supposed to only keep one hand warm???? Other then that I have no complaints.*Update-2017*I still love this coat, definitely still keeps you warm without needing layers underneath. However I seemed to have lost a zipper off of my jacket and it's supposed to be a double zipper jacket so now it won't zip up. Only button. I need to figure out how to fix this issue!

Best quality for money and super warm.
It’s lightweight but super warm. Bought it to duck hunt in but so far it’s been my go-to on the cold wet days when I have to do farm work and tend to the horses. I wear it with a tank top and end up sweating most days. The inside is comfortable and soft. Definitely cheaper than drake and honestly lighter but just as warm. I bought a small and it’s a tad big on me but that’s room to add layers if needed. I’m typically a women’s small or juniors medium and about a 34 bust if that helps anyone to determine the size needed especially ladies.

Warm, Windproof, & comfortable
Best ski jacket i've used - very warm, waterproof, & it's material is oddly soft & a heck of a lot quieter than goretex when you move. i've tested this jacket at over 100mph on my motorcycle [a Buell, so no windshield], & it is Unbelievable how well it cuts through wind!i have since caught sight of myself in the mirror wearing it & have to admit that it's got the goofiest looking hood of any jacket i've owned. If youre a conehead or like to wear beenie hats with the tassle-poof on top, the hood will fit you fine. it's very practical tho - i've stood on a wind-swept ridge & pulled the whole hood down in front of my face to protect against ice - must've looked like the Star Wars IV training helmet. If you value function over style like i do- you'll be fine with this. This jacket Stands Out in urban settings!! i have gotten comments practically Everywhere i go. But for as {perhaps overly} sharp as it looks on the streets, it's Perfect for my original intention: most people wear bright colors on the ski slopes to show off, while i prefer to semi-blend in while skiing through the trees

Surprisingly good
Thoroughly surprised with this product. Needed a warm coat for waterfowl hunting and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a coat given it’s an already expensive sport. Purchased this and compared to my fellow hunters with $300+ coats this worked just fine. The front pockets can be annoying with the velcro situation, not ideal for stuffing shells into but I just cut the Velcro out and fixed that issue. Other then that it leaves enough room to layer thermals and layers underneath and the sleeves work well with my winter gloves. Would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget or new hunter not looking to spend a fortune
