Is this toddler proof?

I don't have any children so nothing to test it on. However, the clips on mine are quite stiff so would probably be too hard for a very young child to open but they'd probably soon find a way of doing it. Best to keep the box in a place above toddler level.

How many cds would this hold?

I do not know as I bought this to store other items but imagine it would hold quite a few.

What the demension of 75l box please state what what? E.g length is, will it be good for storing a4 papers?

The box is big enough to be used to store your A paperwork in you should be able to get the A4 files in to. The only thing that was wrong , the picture of the box had handles but mine didn't so it might be a bit heavy to move about

My box has a really strong plastic smell? Is the plastic safe to store food?
