does sugar free cappuccino french vanilla contain caffeine?

Ignore the "more for less" comment from 2013. The sugar-free version only requires 2/3 of the amount the sugared does. It is more cost-effective than the regular with sugar if the containers are the same price. The sugar-free containers have 28 servings, the sugared only 17 servings. This info is directly from the packaging.

Can you use this as instant coffee (by itself, mixed with water) - or does it need to be added to regular coffee?

You could do either one, but I personally prefer it with just water. It is complete, and wonderfully delicious with just water. I also love it in a Frappe made in a blender with ice and a little water. I’m so in love with this stuff, I bring it with me when visiting someone else and have gotten them addicted to it, too. Has to be the English Toffee flavor! My one and only favorite.

I find that the product "clumps up" a lot. How do I avoid this?

I love this coffee! Just ordered the Hazelnut for the first time. To avoid clumping, get yourself a cheap battery operated immersion blender. I use mine for both the Cappucino and hot cocoa mix. No more clumping.

This is my favorite Cappuccino, and is my morning go-to. I mix it with French Vanilla some mornings. So easy to prepare my morning cup and I love it. Easy to keep in the can it is in.

I was torn between giving a 3 star or 4.

The pic shows my fav white chocolate caramel. One of my orders is the wrong flavor. I'm only enjoying the WCC flavor. I had ordered two of them. Seller sent me one WCC. For the second, seller chose sugar free double mocha as a replacement (chose the most disappointing flavor). Yuck!! The sugar free version is absolutely horrible. I didn't show it in photos, but it clumps terribly instead of dissolving fully. Clumps of it float to the top. It becomes an ugly sight. I would be embarrassed to offer it to guests. It also leaves that horrible after taste (Splenda) in my mouth. The white chocolate caramel dissolves much better. Although, sometimes you still have to continue to stir the last drop. Why? You might get a minor clump at the bottom of your mug. Still, it's nothing at all like the sugar free mocha. Why the 4 stars instead of 3 or lower? I honestly love the caramel version. I would definitely buy it again and again. I enjoy it throughout the day. It is delicious and simply relaxing to sit back and get lost in a good cup of cappuccino. My opinion...avoid the sugar free cappuccino.
