Love it
The media could not be loaded. Works amazing, video quality is amazing just wish the screen on the app would be a bit bigger because I don’t like the circle camera. It’s a bit hard to clean the little plastic part but not a deal breaker

Works Well but Could Be Very Dangerous
This otoscope arrived in a shrink wrapped, unbranded cardboard box.The box contains:• The otoscope.• Wax removal tips that attach to the otoscope (see pictures).• Some metal wax removal tools in a plastic case (see pictures).• A USB-A to USB-C charging cable (30cm).• Instructions.Firstly, a word of warning. I used to work as an audiologist and because of the training I received I feel comfortable using this device but the strong advice from medical professionals is to NEVER insert anything into your ear canal. I’ve seen several perforated eardrums caused by people inserting everything from cotton wool buds to cocktail sticks in an attempt to remove wax. If you’re going to use this to look inside your (or anyone else’s) ear there is a genuine likelihood that you could cause serious and permanent hearing impairment. I’m using this tool simply for inspection and don’t intend to use the wax removal tips as they could be dangerous. The metal tools supplied with this are very dangerous indeed and should go straight in the bin!The device has a red LED that lights when charging and goes off when fully charged. It connects to the app (free download from the PlayStore) via WiFi and the process is straightforward. The app has a system to warn you when you’re too close to your eardrum but this shouldn’t be relied on. The image is clear and you can take pictures or videos of the view in the app. I have attached a screenshot of my eardrum as seen in the app. This replaces my previous otoscope that connected with a wire via USB. This one is much easier to use and control because it is wire free. When I ordered this it was £26.99 and is currently £19.99 which is a more realistic price. I’m not going to deduct any stars because of the dangers in using this because that’s an individual choice and I’m reviewing the otoscope itself. It does exactly what it is intended to do, produces clear images and is easy to use. I do think supplying the dangerous metal tools with this is irresponsible so I’m knocking off a star because of this.

Dodgy app that crashes
Pro- Easy to turn on- Bright light- Clear picture- USB chargingCon- Uses (it's own) WiFi to connect- Light gets very hot very quickly- Impossible to comfortably use with attachment. Hits ear drum before I can see inside ear- App freezes up if attempt to take photo/video (android)- Probably a bad idea to be sticking all the metal rods in the ear. . .It's useful and gave me some piece of mind to monitor an ear infection, but it's not perfect.

Crazy tech for the money
Feels like great value for money at just under £20 at time of review. You get a crisp, clear picture on your phone but it feels genuinely weird seeing inside your own ear canal! Would recommend extreme caution is using the provided tools yourself for wax removal etc, there's a lot of damage to be done inside your ear canal and not something you can un-do if you hurt yourself so please be extra careful. Fascinating gadget

Clear and crisp camera quality with high refresh rate
I use this camera for my ear canals and teeth. It lets me inspect my teeth up close to make sure no small cavities are getting by. And its great for checking ear wax build up, the tip of the camera is small and narrow so it fits easily for adults. I wouldn't recommend it for children however. It's very easy to use with my android, the app has a quick set up and connects seamlessly, The only downside here is you have to connect to it via its WiFi, which means your phone will lose connection to your normal WiFi during use.The included attachements are a little non-functional and I don't really use them,. The metal tools seem dangerous and can't be used alone, you would need assistance. I advise simply using this for inspection and not removal.

Very good for seeing what's going on in your ears. Slow wax removal.
This is surprisingly good for seeing what's going on in your ears, or perhaps up your nose.I found it linked to the app and phone's WiFi very easily and the picture quality was much better than expected. You can take photos or videos if desired. The view is better if not obstructed by the silicone ear spoon but for safety should really always have one attached. Ear spoons used to slowly remove any build-up of wax. Note that having some wax is normal. The set of metal instruments would be useful for professional use with an alternative light source and viewing technique but if an individual wanted to use them on themselves then even once you know where the wax is, I'd recommend extreme caution. You couldn't really use the ear camera device and one of the metal instruments at the same time unless you had very wide ear canals, and ideally also 2 arms on each side!

Difficult to connect
Found this really difficult to connect with the app on android, had to try to connect via wifi, then quickly close the page to allow it to connect. The instructions are pretty clear, but not a lot with regards to trouble shooting - this may have just been due to my phone.Found that the camera being a ways down the shaft of the device that it was difficult to see what you were looking at - there's a good centimetre or two between the light/camera and the tip of the device, so judging by the feed on the phone it was difficult to get a good look. There is an ear drum sensor and alarm, but not sure how confident I feel digging that deep. Options to record, zoom and take picures which is a good feature. It also came with a lot of metal attachments not noted in the instruction manual so I was unsure what these were for/how to use them. That being said, it was good for removing minor wax and the rubber convex tips are really gentle (spares included). If you know what you're doing and confident then this is a great little kit, maybe not for a beginner.
