This is the best soundbar at the best price point on the market. The Q800C soundbar and sub are beyond amazing. Crisp and clear sound that fills the room and bass that can rattle my walls. Mine is running through the eArc HDMI for maximum clarity and paired with a 65" Samsung Q series TV; so they're literally made for each other. Since I set it up I've rewatched some Dolby Atmos capable movies (Rogue One/Infinity Wars/Dune) and I hear details in the sound I never notice before. I've paired them with a set of 9500 wireless rear speakers for a more immersive experience and I'm so glad I did. I bought it as "reconditioned " but I can't see anything that would suggest it's ever been opened, even the bag of hardware was still sealed. What a bargain at that price. I'll go back to this seller for my next electronics purchase, thanks.

I connected this to my Q-Symphony compatible Samsung UN65CU8000. The connection instructions from Samsung were awful (they were actually wrong). I don't know why everything in the world comes with a QR link to an assembly video, except Samsung products, but that was very annoying. Here's the best kept secret that cannot be found anywhere; how to connect a soundbar to a TV with eARC: An HDMI cable goes from your cable box to the TV (HDMI-1). Then an eARC cable goes from the eARC port on the TV (HDMI-2 on the UN65CU8000) to the soundbar eARC connection. If you're looking to rock the house down, then I would go with a stereo system instead. If you have a Samsung Q-Symphony TV & want seamless excellent television sound with no echo effect, then I recommend this. Credit to Samsungs 800- help line. They walked me thru the installation and setup to get it work.

I must say I was pretty hesitant about getting this bar, I’m coming from a Martin Logan 5.1 system with a 10” sub, my biggest concern was the bass and it’s really really good. I tried it out in my living room that 15x15 open concept and it fills the room with clear and quality sound and the sub fills the room. I ran a sweep and it bottom out at 27hz witch is really good for a soundbar. Overall I’m very happy with it, I’m gonna move this into our loft and grab the q990c for my living room. It has a slightly larger sub that I’m very confident will be more than enough for what I’m doing, and it’s much easier for my wife to use vs an AV receiver.

I recently bought an 85" Samsung QLED and needed a new soundbar. This was recommended by many reviews since it also is made for my particular TV. Install was very easy and the TV immediately showed it in settings. It configured itself to the included subwoofer. The sound is great and although this is a factory refurbished item, it looks and performs like new.

I agree with all of the other reviews that say buy refurbished. The box looked a little worse for wear, but what I nice surprise when opened. The soundbar and bass looks brand new. Refurbished must have meant that the box was ugly. Who cares, I threw the box away. I could not be happier with the value and the quality of the product.

sound is amazing. cant even turn up past 20% bc gets so loud. up-firing speakers are indeed a little weak, but that's a minor thing as most mixes barely use it sadly. buy this used if you can, given its expensive

After I ordered the Q800C sound bar but before I received it the price went down $55 so I messaged the 3rd party seller (Woot). They did the right thing and refunded $55 back onto my credit card with no questions asked so was very happy. When I received the sound bar, to my delight it was in the original Samsung box and the individual items inside were still in the original factory packaging! Not to say all of them will be this way but it looked to me that the box had never been opened from the factory. We love this sound bar as it is soooo much easier to hear people speak than our old one along with the outstanding sound/presence it has. WHAT A DEAL!!!!! I highly recommend this product & Woot!

Came packaged in OEM Samsung box and tape. Looked new never used and all features work as should. Great product and huge price savings!! Thanks guys!
