The shampoo bottle came with a small perforation near the top as the cap from the conditioner bottle was pushing against it. It didn't impact the formula but the product did arrive somewhat sticky and leaks a bit. Product smells great, and has good consistency. Purezero does advertise as vegan and cruelty free, and the Coconut Milk line is free of sulfates, parabens, dyes, phosphates, phthalates. The conditioner does have silicones. It is a nice shampoo for the price!

I’m pretty impressed with the quality of the shampoo and conditioner. I have a very sensitive scalp,and I haven’t had any issues. Very pleasant floral scent.

I like that it's mostly natural, but it's not good for my baby fine hair. It leaves my hair feeling tacky and straw like. The smell is pleasant, but strong. It does not smell like coconut at all though. I use it on days when I'm not going anywhere, because it leaves a pleasant scent. I will use this up, but I probably won't purchase again. Might be good for people with thicker hair.

Bought this set of Purezero coconut shampoo and conditioner because my daughter had the same and it smelled amazing! I waited for this order to be delivered and was so excited. I opened the shampoo and conditioner to let my mom smell how great they were and they smelled like NOTHING. No coconut smell or even a light perfumed smell to mask it. I waited for 4 days to be delivered and DEFINITELY disappointed.

This has been the best shampoo and conditioner set ever!! My hair feels so soft and is very shiny after I wash it with this shampoo and conditioner set.. I have to use a little to pre wash my hair rinse and repeat.. otherwise it doesn't lather.. your hair might take a while to get used to it but it's great shampoo and conditioner and reasonable priced. I have purchased it several times over a year.. Some people are reporting that this shampoo causes their hair to fall out I DON'T BELIEVE IT.. I also had hair loss but after COVID or a sickness.. it's not from this shampoo!! Plus during different seasons people shed hair.. My only complaint is I wish it smelled like coconut..
