Skeptical-but it works!
Wow!!! This works! I was super skeptical. It’s been pretty cold for my area for mid May, and the pool has been slow to warm up. I’ve kept the solar cover on constantly. I put some in the skimmer as soon as I received in the mail, and the water temp is 83 degrees now! It was sitting at 80 forever! I can’t believe it worked! I have a get together in 2 days that I want warmer water for, and I’ll put a bit more in before then! Amazing!

This works the best during the day when the filter is off.I now run filter after 6pm. My pool gets 2-3 degrees warmer on sunny days.

Scientifically proved not to work
I have an indoor pool, with humidity measurement, dehumidifiers, and the whole nine yards. Bought this to see if it can reduce humidity and save me on my hydro bill. Tried it three times. I can assure you 100% this has zero effect on preventing evaporation. Complete waste of money.

I am so disappointed! This item is expensive and it doesn’t even work unfortunately.
