Trying to get healthy and love these gummies!

Those gummies are delicious, a bit sour, candy-like lemon flavor. I haven t noticed any effect on my skin or hair yet (after a month...)

I have only been taking these for a week so I’m not sure of the effect yet but the flavor of the gummies is tart which is a pleasant change from the normal sweetness of gummies in general. Delivery was received in 2 days which was great.

Tasty and it works

These gummies actually taste good. I noticed my fingernails growing faster and much harder within a couple of weeks. My hair also has more shine and thickness.

Although the taste was good. I experienced elevated heart beat and insomnia. Also, my thyroid test levels were inaccurate after taking extremely high doses of biotin in this product. Sadly, would not recommend.

Although the taste wasn’t bad, I didn’t care for it much - I’m just like that with all or most gummies. I finished the bottle and have to say that I really didn’t notice any changes. I had no adverse reactions, which is great, but I wish I saw some results like fast growing hair or stronger nails. Lol. With supplements I know it does take time for it to kick in so I didn’t rate it low because these gummies may actually be VERY good if taken consistently for a longer period of time
