Excellent company to work with. Nice sturdy e-trike. Easy assembly. The only thing I added was two rear view mirrors.

Flying in the Wind
I love this bike. I've had another one for the last 2 years that does not have near the torque or distance longevity as this one. My friend and I assembled it, but if I had to do it again I would ask the local bike shop to put it together. There was a pinched cable and a connection that seemed like it was connected but it wasn't. Customer service was very helpful. I used to ride dirt bikes but now I'm 68 years old and have had several knee operations . I felt trapped in my house until I found this way to feel the wind in my hair again and I'm so very happy. I'm free!

GARBAGE - AVOID!!
We purchased two of these trikes and BOTH of them burned out within 2 days of normal use. One the first day, the second on the second. The displays stopped working and the entire system was dead. Battery showed charge. We are assuming the ECUs were bad. We have owned many other e-bikes in the past and none have been this bad. This was not a single bad bike - this was two separate ones with the same issue. This manufacturer is just junk. Avoid at all costs!
