This product changed my husband’s life. He has IBS - specifically, problems with mannitol, GOS, and fructans. Mannitol was easy enough for him to avoid, but avoiding fructans was very difficult and led to a very restrictive diet and a lot of weight loss to the point of being quite underweight. He didn’t experience much joy in food, and as an as a family that had previously loved to eat out and enjoy all different kinds of cuisine, that was gone from his life. And even though he was eating a very restrictive diet, he still often experienced problems. (The monash app was his guide, and they frequently re-categorized products anyways so it was constant confusion .) At first he was skeptical of this product, thinking it was perhaps a gimmick or scam, but I convinced him to give it a try. He was pretty surprised at how well it worked at first, but it wasn’t perfect and although it gave him some relief (which he considered a victory), he still wasn’t entirely sold. But over time, he got better at using it - it took some trial and error for him to figure out how best to get it to work for him. By this I mean that he learned to adjust the serving size of this powder. The serving size can be confusing, such as when when eating out at restaurants, because you’re not always sure of everything that could be in a dish or the serving sizes of the ingredients in the dish. And he is more sensitive to some foods than others, so he uses a little more for those. And for some raw fruits, this seems to work, and for others, it does not…at least for him. We’ve concluded that each person’s gut must be so unique that it varies some for different people so may take some tinkering. Having said all of that, he has been using this for about a year and a half now, and he does not leave home without it. He has an ongoing subscription to this product, and although it is expensive, we have decided it is worth it. He does not hunch over in pain anymore for hours. Our family can eat out at restaurants again. He enjoys the foods that he has always loved, although there are still about 6 to 10 foods that he knows to avoid. Essentially, he has food joy back in his life again. And as his wife, I see that it has impacted his mood in his everyday life. He’s happier and less blue. We are so thankful for this. But please, if you decide to buy this product and it doesn’t completely work at first, give it some time and try it in different ways and at different doses.

I've had SIBO for almost a decade at this point, so I'm quite acquainted with using enzymes to help me digest my food in a way that doesn't leave me miserable in the bathroom afterwards. This powder is an absolute must if you're hesitant about any food you're eating.If you have any kind of special diet, you know the mental girding you do to ask a server or whoever about what's in the food you're about to order or eat. Sometimes they have the answers, often times they don't, and often they are given bad information because people think I'm just being difficult. I can make educated guesses about what's safe this far into my SIBO journey, but sometimes people don't think about garlic powder or onion powder, or what have you.This is especially handy for decanting into a smaller container (I use little squeeze bottles from Daiso Japan that I think are intended for salad dressing in packed lunches) when you're eating away from home or traveling. When I go home to see my family in Georgia, when I tell servers at a restaurant that I can't have any garlic or onion, they say to me, "Oh, there isn't much in it! It'll be fine!" not understanding that no, it actually won't be fine, and you won't be around when it's not fine. So this powder is super helpful for that. Yeah, they sell the small packets, but sometimes I need more powder for a meal than one little packet provides, so that's why I like to be able to decide what amount I'm dispensing.You don't notice the taste at all, unless you get some stuck to the roof of your mouth like I do when I eat spicy tuna on crispy rice. Then it has a slightly subtle sweet taste, but nothing that overpowers the food at all. I'm able to eat a small amount of avocado with this, which wasn't the case before I started using it.It's pricey, for sure. But it's worth it to me to introduce some more variety of vitamins and nutrients back into my diet in a way I couldn't before. I hope my long-term health sees the dividends.

I get really sick whenever I eat any amount of garlic which is in so many foods. I started Fodzyme and it really helps. I just sprinkle it on any food I think might even have garlic and I definitely noticed I don’t have the horrible reaction I usually do. I have been using for a couple of years and now sometimes even if I forget it’s not as bad as it used to be. Expensive but worth it for me.

I was skeptical because it's so dang expensive, but it really is a total game-changer. I actually ate onions, garlic, beans and some gluten on my Honeymoon with a happy tummy!!! You do have to learn how it works and what it works on, but they really make it as accessible as possible to learn. There's a web app you can use to either take a picture of your meal or search foods to see if it'll work on them - it only works for 3 of the 5 FODMAPs right now, which is why they're still researching to be able to cover the other 2. So not cauliflower, mushrooms or apples yet, but yes to onion, garlic, legumes, gluten and so many other things.They even offer a free onboarding video call for newbies to answer your questions and give extra support, which was so kind. Customer Service is exceptional. The call is where I asked about the price being so high and the sweet lady told me about their continued research and that once they have a product that works on all 5, they plan to lower the price. They also have great videos on YouTube to learn more and have some great tips.I'm pretty sensitive and it IS a bit of a process to get to know what works best for you in terms of dosage, but hey, we've all had to do elimination diets, and it's worth learning because it really did open up a whole world of foods I thought I could never have again.Great for going over to people's homes when they're going to cook for me, which used to be a minefield, and they're being so kind, I hate to list out 89 foods I can't eat lol. I'm also vegan, so the Yes list is small, but bigger with FODZYME!The tub is the most cost-effective and I just carried it in my purse and didn't care that I was scooping the stuff out at restaurants, but the sachets are great too. After being on the fodmap diet for almost 2 years I was hoping this would help with my digestive issues. However, I didn't notice much difference with or without these enzymes. I loved the concept and was disappointed that the effects weren't very noticeable. I keep trying it hoping that the results will be different and better.... yet no real change in my digestion. My hopes are that they work better for others than they did with me.

Since Covid, I have developed food intolerances and allergies to things that never bothered me before.I also have a genetic hiatal hernia, which causes reflux plus, I'm taking a GLP-1 for weight loss which slows my digestion.All those things combined make for a difficult time digesting most food.This product is very easy to carry in my shoulder-bag, for use on-the-go, or at home.The packettes are EZ to open and the product dissolves quickly into food, without any taste.It really does help with digestion, esp. for vegetables such as broccoli.

This product has literally changed my life. Onions and garlic have kept me from being able to enjoy many of the foods I used to love (and are “invisible“ in many condiments). Now I sprinkle a tiny amount on my pizza etc, and I can tolerate the pizza just fine. It is tasteless and odorless. I can only speak to the effectiveness with onions and garlic, as these are the only foods that bother me. This product is supposed to work for other intolerances as well.

What I got was an excellent product. I am glad the confusing description and presentation did not stop me from ordering. This is not a “home kit” and it does not come in two bottles, and some other stuff on the Amazon page where I ordered Fodzyme was irrelevant or unrelated. The three combined digestive enzymes come in one small and attractively packaged jar. In the jar, you’ll see fine white powder and a tiny spoon, 1/4 of a tea spoon. That’s what you sprinkle on the first bite of the meal, but if that doesn’t work well enough, you can double the dose for the next meal. The jar is not cheap, but it works on three different types of FODMAP irritants, and there are 60 doses in the jar.The Amazon page presentation should be revised to make all that clear.

Opens up a whole new world of flavours! It's so liberating to suddenly think, "Oh, I CAN eat that!", going around the supermarket or eating out becomes so much easier. Fantastic product that really helps, particularly when travelling because I don't have to explain "my body can't digest onion, garlic, gluten..."

This helps so much with my kid very happy with this product.

I love these enzymes. They really solve my gastrointestinal problems like no other.

Works well if you follow the instructions: Sprinkle on food (sufficiently cooled to prevent enzyme denaturing) and you will enjoy foods without getting sick. I use the full recommended amount, and use more if I eat again. Fodzyme treats most of the FODMAP oligosaccharides that are blamed for the unpleasant side effects of IBS.

Excellent for fructans and GOS intolerance. No I can enjoy pizza and so many other things when out with friends, and I don’t need to ask my family to alter their cooking.
