Don't use metal valve caps
Hello guys, I am leaving this review after 5 months of uses. I was very happy with the quality and fit of these valves. One fine day I was trying to remove the cap for filling air into my tyre but I observed no matter how much force me or garage person apply on the valve to loose it valve was not moved a single mm from its place. Somehow I could manage to remove 3 valves from 3 tyres with use of plyer and some heat by lighter but one valve I could not remove after trying lots of solution. I searched on Google and YouTube and found that these aluminium caps gets fused with brass due to corrosion and become permanently welded over the time. Only way to remove this is to cut the valve cap, but you risk getting threads of stem permanently damaged. Therefore I changed entire stem from my tyre at tyre station near my house.I highly recommend to use plastic valve caps instead of metal. I was lucky to know this in few months, imagine if I get stuck in some situation where I need to fill air urgently due to low tyre pressure and I couldn't do it due to valve. It will be dangerous and frustrating.
