Quick, efficient and easy to use. I have been using these for just over a year when I got my new kettle. The inside literally looks brand new, which is an achievement, as I live in a very hard water area. I use a sachet around every six weeks and the process only takes around 30 mins. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. I think that they are a tad expensive, but for ease, convenience and efficiency, they are worth it.

This really works well
Brilliant results...I live in an area with high levels of lime scale and this product is fantastic for descaling and removing lime scale from my kettle, coffee maker, water boiler, iron and shower heads. It it is easy to use and only takes 30 mins. Great value.
