Q: Is this pillow associated with the "my pillow guy" pillows?

I was making sure it wasn’t related to him either as there are many items that are sold by him (for example shoes), but his name isn’t associated with it. When I Googled the question, I found mixed results. I talked to customer service at MyNuzzle to confirm they are not associated with him.

Q: I would be buying this as a gift. How much does it cost to return if recipient doesn't doesn't like it??

No the pillow's smell was fine.

Q: Are the pillow inserts machine washable or just the outer case? Is it (ALL parts) machine dryable?

The washing instructions attached to the pillow says only wash the outer case and not the inner layers. Unzip the outer case remove inner layers then zip up the outer case and wash in cold water gentle cycle dry on low heat or air dry. I have not washed the outer case yet because I use a pillow case so I don't sleep directly on the outer case.
