Dry, slightly pigmented product
The package was unopened, but the product was very dry and not very pigmented. I can usually use last glue liner without needing a base eye liner but it was definitely necessary here. And since I was layering over a darker line, I almost wasn't sure if the product actually was applying. I tried the lashes on, but they didn't seem secure, so in the end, I ended up using actual lash glue to ensure my look was secured. I'm hoping my product was just a fluke. Zero hate to the seller, just the product wasn't to my satisfaction. I got my package in a timely manner.
