Q: Can this oil be used on norton crystolin combination india stones or dan whetstones?

I have not used either of those stones. But I use six different stones. And four diamond impregnated ones. I use it on all. I've found this product creates much less mess. It wipes away easily. Where oil leaves a film. Also, it is consistently producing a great result. I think as long as you preferred media is not absorbent. It will do a good job.

Q: So this stuff would be good for a jade stone sharpening/honing stone?

Jade is soft so be careful when applying pressure. Yes, this is excellent honing oil.
