Very bad service
I purchased an extended warranty as a guarantee, but when I contacted the company by email, the response was rough and they said light-related issues are not covered. That’s frustrating because I bought the warranty in good faith, and I feel my money was wasted. I also contacted Amazon support, but their response wasn’t helpful either. I’m disappointed with both the warranty provider’s handling and the support follow-up.

Must buy this product
As the main product was returned so onsite also returned the warranty amount. In future if I took any product for additional warranty i would definitely rely on onsite
