16L Dust Suppression Water Bottle with Brass Water Stop Connector for Petrol Cut Off Saws

Works good had it should .

Good size and works exactly as it should

large capacity and no need to run a hose out through new window

Has developed a slight leak, it is heavily used with our sthil saw, when shut of it does stop, it only leaks when the valve is open, does the job though, minimises dust which is what I got it for

Stihl dust pump broke so bought this as replacement, very impressed, working great and seems good quality.

This bottle is perfect for any petrol saw for cutting brick or concrete, but the quick connect is too long for some saws causing the tool to not sit on the ground if left running, I had to turn the tool off before placing down on the ground to mark for my next cut. As it didn’t sit down properly bottle and pipe are fantastic quality.

Utter garbage. Leaks air from the hose outlet on the bottle. Leaks air from the pump. Leaks water from the connector when turned off. Leaks water around the connector when attached to anything. Doesn’t seal on the connector on my Stihl. Doesn’t seal on a brand new Hozelock connector. Doesn’t seal on a Gardena brass connector. And no matter how much you pump it up you only get a trickle of water (probably because of the air leaks), which doesn’t make it as far as the business end of the cutoff saw (probably because of the water leaks). An apprentice with a watering can is more effective!

Product arrived on time and was as described, it is very easy to use and comes with no instructions as it is fool proof. However this fool had great difficulty in filling the bottle and although it worked well it took ages to fill the bottle and with no instructions I tried every concievable way none of which worked very well. A quick email and phone call to moorcut and they pointed me in the right direction, you have to lock the handle in the down position and twist off the handle and pump together, and hey presto, just fill the bottle with water screw it back on and away you go. I also had some leakage problems on the connector to the machine, which I thought was the connector, however after trying another machine the connector was not at fault just a faulty O ring on my machine. All in all it does the job and keeps the dust down so HSE compliant now.
